Story
I adopted Basil two years ago after falling in love with his pictures on an adoption site. He is such a sweet boy, and loves cuddles and kisses. He's happy to laze about on the couch or go on long walks with you. He sounds scary if theres a fence between him and you, and he'll dutifully protect your yard, but is still sweet and cuddly with his friends. He'd be perfect for a woman living alone wanting a buddy who could also provide a little protection, or be a farm dog running around killing vermin. (He will chase bunnies and raccoons and possums and cats too.) He would be best suited to life as an only dog, and he does not get along with puppies whatsoever. He currently lives with two cats and a dog. He chases the cats but only if they run, and he's pretty good friends with the dog most of the time, but they have gotten into several fights, which is the reason for rehoming. He was fostered with other dogs before us, and I don't believe he had any issues with them. Let's talk about him!

Story
Addy is a 2 year old husky. Her mother was Alaskan husky and her father was Siberian. She's friendly and playful. She loves to dig. She loves being outside and going for walks. She hates baths. She's been with my 12 year old lab her whole life. She gets along very well with other dogs. My ex husband cannot keep her and I am currently living with a friend in Robinson who has no room for her since she is fostering at the moment.

Story
Riggs is a little less than 2 years old and is very intelligent and playful. We have had him since he was a puppy and spent a lot of time working with him. However, he is reactive to other dogs and can be a handful due to his size and strength. He needs experienced owners who provide him with regular exercise, playtime, training, and socialization. We have two young children and an infant and we cannot devote the time that he needs and deserves.

Story
URGENT! MUST FIND A HOME THIS WEEK!!! Dixie is a super sweet girl who has been a part of our family since she was about 6 months old. She loves to run, and she will fetch a ball as long as you're willing to throw it! She is very smart and obedient and could be easily trained to do a variety of tricks or chores. She is also very nurturing and shows concern for both humans and animals who are injured or sick. Dixie is used to spending time both indoors and outdoors, and she enjoys both kinds of environments. She gets along well with cats, and she seems to get along with other dogs, although she has not been around them very often. I believe she would adapt well to a variety of living situations and human or animal companions. Dixie has been a fantastic pet for our family over the past 8 years, but due to an upcoming move we are not able to keep her with us any longer. She would be a loving addition to any household!

Story
URGENT! MUST FIND A HOME THIS WEEK!!! Bosque is a sweet and energetic boy who has been a part of our family since he was about a year old. He LOVES people and will do anything for attention or snacks! He has the energy to run and play, but he also enjoys relaxing and will happily match your activity level. He is typically gentle and well-behaved around people, including children. Bosque is used to spending time both indoors and outdoors, and he enjoys both environments. He has learned to tolerate cats ok, and he has mixed feelings about other dogs -- sometimes barks at them, other times behaves fine. Bosque has been a fantastic pet for our family over the past 8 years, but due to an upcoming move we are not able to keep him with us any longer. He would be a loving and fun addition to any household!

Story
Knox is a sweet approx. 8-year male receiver mix. We are running out of options with finding him a home. My elderly father is no longer able to care for him and we have been trying to find him a home or someone to foster him. He has 2 beds, a large crate, food and water bowls and preventive HW meds that come with him. This all comes with him for free. We do not want there to be any burden if someone would like him. He is very relaxed, loves to sleep and eat. He sits, shakes, and lays down. He has always been on a pedigree high protein food. He loves to give kisses and be in the middle of everything. He does shed a lot for being a dog, I want to make sure you are aware. Thank you.
