🐾 MEET LORETTA — AKA “LOLO” ❤️ On August 13, Loretta’s life almost ended simply because there wasn’t enough space. She was on the euthanasia list when NETRO stepped in at the last minute and pulled her, along with several other dogs. That day, LoLo didn’t know it yet, but she had just been given something priceless: TIME. ❤️ And she’s already showing us exactly what she plans to do with it. Loretta is a spunky little lowrider who prances around like she owns the place. 😂🐾 She may still be a little timid around new people and dogs, but underneath that hesitation is a personality just waiting to burst through. NETRO volunteer Chris has already seen an incredible difference in her in only ONE WEEK. Recently, LoLo decided she really wanted to play—she gave the cutest little play bow, thought about it…and then got a little shy again. 🥹 But she’s getting there. Every day she feels a little safer. Every day she trusts a little more. Every day we see more of LoLo. ❤️ And can we talk about those adorable black-spotted ears and those beautiful, sparkly dark-brown eyes? 😍 We have a feeling this little girl is going to be quite the character once she realizes she’s finally safe.
