We have a newborn on the way, and unfortunately will not be able to give him the attention and training needed for him to adapt to having a toddler around since he is a large dog and likes to playfully rough house. He is my buddy and I hate to have to rehome him. He deserves a good experienced owner with a large yard if possible. I provide include a kennel, toys, and food and whatever else helps make his transition smoother. Sweet Pea needs a foster or foster to adopt in So Cal ASAP. She’s a 1 1/2 year old Dogo Argentino mix. She is very sweet dog. She does seem to be deaf or at least have selective hearing. She does need some time to adjust in a new home, but she loves people and seems non reactive with other dogs and cats. She can escape a fenced yard, so she will need to be kept inside unless you're outside with her. She's pretty good in a crate and we can provide one for a foster to use. She still needs to be spayed. That is included in her adoption. She loves the car and is pretty good on leash. Currently in need of new foster in So Cal or can be adopted anywhere in California. Adoption fee of $400 includes spay/neuter, core vaccines (DAPP and rabies), microchip, access to training videos. You must complete an application before we are able to accommodate any request for a meet and greet. Avia is very smart and also a quick learner. She knows sit, lay, and leave it. She also knows her name very well and let’s you know when it’s time to go outside. She’s a huge cuddler and loves to sleep next to her foster mom. She loves playing and chasing balls but not really into bringing them back. She’s super polite and gentle when you hand her treats. She’s a great walker and doesn’t pull on the leash. She does get startled by joggers, bikes and scooters and sometimes barks at them on walks but with a little training that is something she can learn to grow better accustomed to.
