Phoenix is a black tuxedo with a beautiful face, white feet and green eyes. One person suggested he looked like Charlie Chaplin with mustache and beard. He is about 12 pounds, neutered and microchipped 9-22-23. Preston was adopted as a kitten by a man that adored him, but recently passed away. He and his brother, Phoenix, have returned to SOS Kitty and get along well with our other rescues, including Kelly the kitten. He loves laps but is less social than Phoenix. For that reason, he can be adopted without his dominant brother. They are used to each other, though, so if you want two cats, they could go for $175 together. Questions? Meet Rian – Your New Best Friend with a Big Heart Currently in Arizona | Originally from Boston Rian is a sweet and affectionate kitty who’s looking for a loving forever home. He was adopted from a Boston rescue during the pandemic and has brought love and joy ever since. Recently, his owner relocated to Arizona and, with a heavy heart, can no longer care for him — now Rian is hoping to find his next chapter with someone who will cherish him as much as he deserves. This charming boy loves to be held and is known for giving the most heart-melting hugs. We are unsure of how he will interact with other cats as there have been a few instances where Rian has been adversarial with cats. If introduced correctly and slowly, it is possible he may do fine with cat housemates. Regardless, he enjoys evening play sessions and lounging near the window to watch the world go by. His silky, beautiful coat makes brushing a bonding moment he genuinely enjoys. Rian has the most beautiful gold topaz eyes. While his compatibility with dogs is still unknown, Rian’s gentle nature suggests he’d do well in a calm, loving environment. He’s a big fan of wet food and is often found patiently waiting for his next meal — or a cuddle. Hi my name is Pippa! I was a stray and survived the streets by being fed by a kind woman and am now enjoying the indoor life! I am shy at first, but a little time and patience and I’ll be your best friend! I am a super sweet and affectionate cat, when I want pets I will tap you with my paw to get your attention. I am also very vocal and will meow a lot when I’m excited to see you! I will let you pick me up but am not a fan of being held. I had a hard early life growing up on the streets and am now looking for a family who will let me be the indoor queen that I am. I do not get along with other cats so will need to be the only pet in the household (though I don’t mind bunnies). I have not been around dogs in my foster home.
