Story
Meet Jessika! She is just about the sweetest, most affectionate little baby you will ever meet. Jess has been with me, her foster, since she was about 5 weeks old. She has always stood out as a very boisterous, talkative, and very opinionated little kitty. She has a voice and you will know exactly what she needs at all times! Jess is a partner in crime, a snuggle buddy, a "stay by your side, ride or die" kinda gal. She will follow you literally everywhere including right out into your car if you let her. She absolutely LOVES outside time. She is quite the grasshopper huntress! She is far too smart for her own good so you have to watch her at all times when she is outside or she will find a way to escape. She can also be a door darter at times (we are working on that). This little sweetie will sit draped across your shoulder while you cook, do dishes, work, walk around the house, etc. She just wants to observe. We have created a bit of a monster because she will sometimes climb (or rather jump) up your leg to get on your shoulder. It's cute unless you have shorts on, then, not so cute. Now, let's talk about how Miss Jess is with other cats and kittens. Jess has a bit of an attitude when it comes to other cats and kittens (initially). She absolutely detests them and will turn into a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde personality until she gets used to them. She may act out against the other cats and against her humans initially, but she gets over it and returns to her sweet self eventually. I guess she just hasn't taken any classes on stress management just yet. She has been exposed to several other kittens and with each one she will hold a serious grudge for a week or more. This is typical in some cats but for her can last an extended amount of time. A proper introduction with ample separation time, to get used to other smells and sounds, is absolutely necessary! She is not one of those cats you can just plop down in the living room with other cats and expect everyone will get along. Nope, she is a stone cold crazy lady if she isn't allowed a certain amount of time to decompress and adjust to her new home and furry family members. We have not tested her with other adult cats so she might just need to meet her match and be put in her place by an adult kitty. She currently resides with an adult cat she has knowns since she came into foster at 5 weeks old. They are besties but she doesn't require his company so she would do well as an only cat also IF you provide lots of stimulation for her and ample time with her humans.  Jess really loves dogs also. She doesn't really have any fear of anything at all; not loud noises, not dogs barking, not doors slamming, kids screaming, loud tv's, you name it. She is a pretty chill kitty when it comes to a busy household. She also does well with older kids. She has not met many younger kiddos so we aren't sure how she would do if she was "manhandled" by a toddler or similar. She has zero manners when it comes to counter surfing so if you are looking for a kitty that doesn't get on our counters and doesn't sleep in your bed with you, she is not a good fit for you. If you are looking for a very smart kitty who is affectionate and inquisitive, look no further, Jess is your girl!  **Due to Jessika's reaction to other cats she is not a fit for our adoption center so she will be an at home adoption. She is currently located in Gilbert. Please email us to meet her! We promise she is worth it! Jess has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, is up to date on vaccines and negative for FeLV and FIV. Her adoption fee is $240.     April 19, 2026, 12:10 am

Thank you for your interest in adopting a cat or dog. We are open for adoption by appointment Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday-Sunday we are open for walk-in visitors from 11 to 3:00. NO Appointment needed Wednesday-Sunday. Please copy the link below to schedule your appointment for Monday and Tuesday. Hi… I’m Hazel. I’ve been told I’m a beautiful girl—and I won’t argue with that—but what I really want you to notice is my heart. It’s full of love… the kind of deep, devoted love that I want to give to one very special person. You see, I’m not the kind of kitty who likes to share. Other cats? Not really my thing. I want to be your one and only—your shadow, your companion, your little queen of the house. In return, I promise to give you all of my affection, all of my loyalty, and all of my sweet, gentle moments. I love being close to my person, soaking up attention, and knowing I’m safe and cherished. When I have that, I truly shine. All I need is a home where I can be your one-and-only girl… a place where I don’t have to compete for love, because it’s already mine. Do you have room in your heart—and your home—for a girl like me?

Story
Hi I’m Maggie! I lived outdoors as a stray for over 2 years. My feeder noticed how calm and tame I was and after seeing me curling up on the concrete sidewalk to sleep out in the open, oblivious to the dangers - she decided it was time to bring me home. I am super sweet and one of my favorite things to do is to rub against your legs and roll onto my back at your feet (I love belly rubs). I go crazy for wet food and love tuna/chicken as a treat! When I first arrived at my foster home I was really curious about windows and doors and would try to sneak out, so please be vigilant about watching for me while leaving and entering the house. The good news is that I have gotten much more used to being in a house since and am no longer looking for my way out - but my foster mom wanted to share this information to err on the side of caution! Because I am such a chill, calm and quiet cat, I need to go to a quiet home. An adult home would be best for me. My new home should NOT have dogs or children. I also do need a kitty friend to play with as I had many buddies when living outside and with my foster family, including a bunny, so I'm not good as an only pet! I’m up to date on vaccines including rabies, tested negative for FELV/FIV, dewormed, spayed and microchipped. My adoption fee is $80.April 19, 2026, 12:10 am

Story
I’m Magritte, I’m five years old. I don’t know where I was born or exactly when, but I grew up in a house with 130 other cats. It was pretty crowded and sometimes there were scuffles, usually over food. The man that lived there with us fed us but it seemed like there was never enough.  He tried to show us all love but I think there were just too many of us.  So after a while I got a bit skittish.  I’m not sure what all happened, but when I was two years old, a stranger came into the house. There was a lot of yelling, and a few days later a bunch of strangers showed up with traps and started taking us out of the house.  There were a few confusing days when I didn’t know where I was, and then I found myself in a large room with a few cats I recognized from where I had been taken from.  I was skittish of the humans at first- but they fed me delicious food, introduced me to toys, and brought me treats and cat condos to climb ( I really love those).  It took some time for all of us to calm down and get used to being there, in a space where there was room for all of us, always food to eat, clean water to drink, and plenty of love. When I see my foster mom now, I hop down from the cat tree I like to perch in and come running to her to rub against her and get pets. I’m still a little reluctant to be picked up and held, but I adore pets and scritches and attention.  I still startle at loud noises and sudden movements sometimes, and I’m still cautious around new people but I’m hoping there is someone out there who will be patient with me, because I have a lot of love to give.  I’m spayed, dewormed, felv/fiv negative, up to date on all my shots, microchipped, and ready for my forever home.  My adoption fee is $80.March 7, 2026, 12:48 pm

Meet Short Tail (ST) – Bonded with Panther Boy. A Gentle Beauty with a Loving Heart Short Tail, affectionately known as ST, is a stunning seven-year-old solid white beauty with mesmerizing eyes that seem to look right into your soul. This sweet girl has a calm, loving presence and a personality that makes her an instant favorite. ST is incredibly friendly and enjoys being around people. She’ll happily follow you from room to room, gently asking for pets and attention. A true lap cat, she loves to curl up beside you for cozy naps and quiet companionship. She shares a special bond with her best friend, Panther Boy. The two must go to a home together as they can often be found snuggling, and ST takes her role as caretaker seriously—giving him the most tender grooming sessions to keep him looking his best. Their connection is heartwarming to watch. Playful and curious, ST enjoys exploring her surroundings and engaging in gentle play. She gets along well with other cats and would thrive in a home where she can have feline companionship—especially if adopted with Panther Boy. ST also has a healthy appetite and never misses a mealtime! Her luxurious coat will need regular brushing to keep it soft, clean, and as majestic as she is. If you’re looking for a devoted, affectionate cat duo with a nurturing spirit and a touch of elegance, Short Tail and Panther Boy might be your perfect pair.

Story
Mr Axel is an incredibly sweet, gentle, and calm kitty. He would do best in a quiet home where he can relax and feel safe. He’s not a fan of energetic, playful younger cats, so a peaceful environment—perhaps with one other calm cat—would suit him perfectly. He’s just looking for a kind home where he can enjoy comfort and companionship at his own pace.To meet Mr Axel, please visit our website to complete a consultation form and set up a meet-and-greet. Story
Hi, I’m George. I can be a little shy when I first meet new people or find myself in a new place, but if you give me some time and a lot of love, I’ll slowly come out of my shell. I really enjoy soft affection, gentle pets and brushing are my favorite ways to bond. You’ll often find me lounging in a sunny window, just relaxing and watching the world go by. That’s my happy place. I’m in my golden years now, and more than anything, I’m hoping for a calm, loving home where I can spend them feeling safe and cared for. I do have one very important request—I need to go home with my best friend, Samantha. We’re bonded and bring each other so much comfort. In my former foster home, I lived with a small dog and did just fine, so I could likely share a home with a calm pup again. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion (or two!), I’d love to meet you!
