Story
Juliette is a 1 year old long haired grey girl. She and 3 siblings were strays born into a feral colony in a busy neighborhood in Napa. They were trapped when they were 10 ish weeks old and were initially pretty scared of people. The 2 boys made more progress socially and have been adopted - and are doing great. The girls are still very shy.

Story
Rufus is sponsored by: Will & Stephanie McIntosh SNAP Cats rescued Rufus from Whittier, CA. Rufus is the sweetest, most loving and vocal (when it comes to wet food) kitten ever! Rufus gets along great with the other kittens and cats, is very playful, and the cutest kitten in our FeLV+ Habitat (don’t tell the other kittens!). Since Rufus is FeLV+ he’ll need to be with other FeLV+ kitties. Currently he’s too young to be an only kitty. If you’re interested in Rufus please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/category/adoption/catsforadoption/. Thanks!May 4, 2024, 8:28 pm

Story
Brat is very cuddly with her main person and very vocal. She doesn’t get along with other cats, but she’s done great with bunnies, and is a bit afraid of rats. And usually gets along with medium to big sized dogs after being properly introduced. She’s an old lady, so she likes to sleep a lot, a quiet environment is her best place, but will still go to the door to see who’s here. Loves to snooze next to you when you’re watching movies or reading. She’s is litter box trained, and knows a few basic commands. She doesn’t get along with small children, so I need to rehome her because I am pregnant. I have kept her strictly indoors, mainly because things get stuck in her long fur, but she does let you give her a bath, just cries a bit.

She greets us with adorable sounds and now that she is comfortable, a few leg-rubs and sometimes even a little lap time. Jacklyn is looking for a home on the quieter side and would love to go in and out at will like in her previous home. She used to live with another cat, but does not do well with dogs. Jacklyn is looking for a cat-savvy adult household (or gentle, older children who can respect her space). This confident girl likes affection, but on her terms. Her previous guardian describes her as calm yet playful, social yet independent, and quiet yet vocal. Give Jacklyn a little time to settle in and she will soon be a lovely companion!  Adoption Center: (415) 506-6225 The Marin Humane Society 171 Bel Marin Keys Blvd., Novato, California 94949 Email: adoptions@marinhumanesociety.orgMay 1, 2024, 2:02 am
