Story
Jacklyn is a character! She loves hanging out with her people (sometimes in laps) and happily greets us with the cutest trills. She has short bursts of energy and when she really gets into playing, she leaps for her wand toy with excited, chirpy meows! According to her previous guardian, Jacklyn was an all-around fantastic cat and was surrendered to the shelter through no fault of her own. Jacklyn lived with another feline (but has not lived with dogs) and went in and out at will in her previous home. This confident kitty loves socializing with her human family, but also likes attention on her own terms. She would do well in a cat experienced household. This gorgeous lady is a lovely balance of affection and independence. If she sounds like your match, then Jacklyn would like to meet you! ***ADOPTION FEE PAID*** Primary Color: Black Weight: 14.8 Age: 5yrs 1mths 1wks

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Beautiful Pia is mom to 3 other cats: Cleocatra, Leo and Rio. She is gentle and calm and shy and lived her early years as a yard cat. The people who were feeding the whole family asked us to step in and help them to find a better life. Now that are all spayed and neutered and living here in our cat community. 2 of these cats, Leo and Rio, are probably too afraid of humans to be adoptable, but we believe that Pia and little Cleo could be house cats if someone took the time to socialize them. We are able to touch both of them now that they are used to being around people at the shelter, although they haven't quite decided if they enjoy it yet! These 2 are rather bonded and we think they would do best as a pair so that they have a companion as they learn to trust humans. They are both very petite and beautiful girls with adorable ear floofs. They are very gentle and incredibly adorable and it's hard to not fall in love with them once you're around them. If you are able to foster this mom and daughter and have a quiet home, along with time and patience, the results would be so rewarding! Experienced cat people would be a plus. Apply today at www.jellysplace.org.

Story
Kingston came to us after a caring local landlord called to say that his tenant had abandoned him when they moved out. He had been trying to find him a home for a while but had no luck, so we took him in. How could we resist those cheeks?! Kingston is a gentle, friendly and handsome tabby boy, approx 2 1/2 years old. He is an INCREDIBLY snuggly lap-cat & lover-boy and it's hard not to love him. He also happens to be FeLV and FIV positive. This means he has the leukemia virus and probably won't live as long of a life as he deserves to, but he still has many good years left in him and needs a loving home. This home should either have no other cats or other cat who are also FeLV positive. The type of person to adopt him would be the same type of person who would adopt a senior animal, knowing that it's not the quantity of time but the quality of time that you can give an animal. Kingston is neutered and up to date on his shots. We are looking for a long-term foster or better yet a forever home for him.

Story
Isis is a beautiful girl, but alas may not be for everyone. She came to us from a feral colony, and is very timid and fearful around people. She is doing well in our cat community and hanging out in the catio her kitty pals.

Mama's owner passed away, so she is new to the shelter. She is still adjusting, so we don't know her true personality yet, but she is absolutely gorgeous.
