Story
Cub is a special 8 month old kitten with a very special story looking for a special home where he can live and be loved forever :) Cub came to us as a VERY tiny helpless kitten after he was found orphaned and left at a pet store. He had no mom and no littermates to grow with, and as a bottle baby, became super attached to humans. This made him into an extra cuddly kitten who loves nothing more than human interaction. Cub is a vocal little man who loves to chat when he wants something - food, love, cuddles, anything! He LOVES to be held and tend to "hug" his people by crawling up onto your shoulder and wrapping himself around your neck. He is just as handsome as he is loving with his bold markings and long, beautiful coat. He would be a dream for anyone looking for a cat that is more human than feline - and for someone who wants a cat that will be around all the time rather than keep to itself. Cub has been with us for quite awhile due to some litter box struggles. He pees in the litter box 100% of the time but will have a poop accident outside the box once or twice a week. We've learned he does better when he isn't sharing a box and when his litterbox is cleaned multiple times a day.  Although, he loves other cats, he may be better as a solo kitten so that he does not have to share a litterbox. We are hoping with time and patience (and a home of his own) his litterbox issues improve. We have reduced his adoption fee so we can try to get him into a forever home. We are also willing to do a foster to adopt to ensure it's the right fit. Cats are negative for FelV/FIV, receive age-appropriate vaccines and deworming, are spayed/neutered and are microchipped (free lifetime registration with adoption). All of our pets go home with a "Go Home Goody Bag" that includes a starter supply of food, treats, toys, and a voucher for a free month of pet insurance from Trupanion.
