Story
Nora was found at the Home Depot She is very sweet and affectionate and loves to sit in your lap. She has been spayed, tested, and vaccinated for distemper and rabies.  Unfortunately, Nora tested positive for feline leukemia (Felv) and feline aids (FIV). It would be best if I were the only cat in the household or with another feline leukemia positive cat.  Won’t you give me a chance to show you how much love and affection I can give you.  Because of Nora’s Felv status, Nora is a SPONSORED pet, which means a generous donor has paid her adoption fee.  If interested in Nora, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net.  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. The majority of our cats and kittens come from high kill shelters. Through our application and interview process, we strive to make the 'purrfect' match to insure a loving, lifelong home for those in our care. We do NOT receive funding from any national organization, federal or state governments.June 12, 2024, 10:30 am

Story
Meet Natasha and Marvel - gorgeous fluffy sisters, possibly from back-to-back litters, but they definitely share both parents. They have asked to stay together.   They are super friendly, roll over for belly rubs, and purr like a freight train. Although they had to be surrendered due to too many animals in the home (rescuers made sure everyone who stayed was spayed/neutered), they led a much-loved life there, and it shows. They are super interactive with their people. When you enter the house, they come running, follow you around, talk, purr, and even throw themselves on the floor and roll around to flirt. They're pretty perfect. Well, they do enjoy toilet paper, but that's easy to work around.  They get along with other cats and have been around kids and dogs.  They are negative for feline leukemia and aids, been vaccinated for distemper and rabies, been wormed, micro chipped, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked and spayed.  Discount for two!  If interested in these beautiful ladies, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net.  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. Story
**"Opportunity to Offer Love and Care to a Special Senior Cat!"**Meet London, a resilient cat who captured our hearts when she came into our care in 2022. Despite facing cruelty and neglect, London's spirit shines bright. Though all four of her paws were inhumanely declawed, she's ready to embrace a new chapter in life. At 13.5 years old, she deserves comfort and security.London's journey hasn't been easy. Alongside her physical challenges, including hyperthyroidism, which requires daily medication, she grapples with understandable feelings of insecurity. However, there are glimpses of her true self—moments when she welcomes affection and grooming. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, London is now in a foster home, but we're on a mission to find her a forever family. We believe she'll thrive in an environment without young children or other pets, where patience and understanding abound. If you're ready to open your heart to London, please contact Ellery at (629) 777-6850 or visit www.maarcadopt.org/adopt to fill out an application. And here's some fantastic news: London's adoption fee is covered! Let's make London's golden years truly special—let's find her the loving home she deserves!
