Story
Nora was found at the Home Depot She is very sweet and affectionate and loves to sit in your lap. She has been spayed, tested, and vaccinated for distemper and rabies.  Unfortunately, Nora tested positive for feline leukemia (Felv) and feline aids (FIV). It would be best if I were the only cat in the household or with another feline leukemia positive cat.  Won’t you give me a chance to show you how much love and affection I can give you.  Because of Nora’s Felv status, Nora is a SPONSORED pet, which means a generous donor has paid her adoption fee.  If interested in Nora, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net.  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. The majority of our cats and kittens come from high kill shelters. Through our application and interview process, we strive to make the 'purrfect' match to insure a loving, lifelong home for those in our care. We do NOT receive funding from any national organization, federal or state governments.July 14, 2024, 3:56 pm

Story
Incredibly handsome Tigger, a long-haired gray tabby male, was born around 4/10/24 to a pair of strays. He was brought indoors early enough that he's wonderfully social and cuddly.  He LOVES everyone as soon as he meets them.  He is VERY playful and active.  He loves to play with toys or other cats and is never bored.  He likes to be held and to snuggle.  He gets along well with cats, and I think he'd be great with dogs and kids.  He's negative for feline leukemia and aids, had his first distemper vaccine, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked, micro chipped and neutered.  Additional vaccines included in the adoption fee.  Preference will be given to adopters who have a young playmate/companion for the kitten. We typically do not adopt kittens less than 6 months old to homes where they will be a solo pet. If interested in this cutie pie, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. Story
Rummikub is a beautiful, long-haired gray tabby female about 12 weeks old (DOB about 4/1/24).  She is VERY active, playful, and full of energy.  She is full of herself and not afraid of anything.  She LOVES everyone as soon as she meets them.  She purrs as soon as you touch her and has a very loud motor.  She came to us when she was 5 weeks old and weighed only 1.1 pounds.  Her right eye had ruptured.  We had to wait until she was >2.5 pound to have the eye removed and get her spayed.  She had both surgeries Jun 26.  Since she was so little when she lost vision in her right eye, she manages expertly.  There will be no treatment needed for the eye.  She loves to play with toys or other cats and is never bored.  She gets along well with other cats, and we think she'd be great with dogs and kids.  She's negative for feline leukemia and aids, had two distemper vaccines, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked and spayed.  Additional vaccines (third distemper and rabies) included in the adoption fee.  Preference will be given to adopters who have a young playmate/companion for the kitten.  We typically do not adopt kittens less than 6 months old to homes where they will be a solo pet.   If interested in this cutie pie, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net.   We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. Story
The largest black hole (and kitten) of her litter, Phoenix has knowing, intelligent eyes and a wise demeanor. She is the one during playtime who outsmarts and outmaneuvers you. She also starts purring the second you even *think* about petting her. Her sweet and curious nature will have her following you around just to learn more about the world. She has been introduced to a dog through a gate and was curious, not fearful, so we think she could be introduced carefully to a dog.

Story
Named after a radio galaxy, Cygnus *radiates* affection towards whoever may come her way. This girl is such a lover, and will happily fall asleep on your lap as if you were built to be a cat bed. She loves her siblings too though, and can scramble after a wand toy with the best of them. Infinitely curious and just down to see whatever youre doing, she was born to be a velcro kitty. She has been introduced to a dog through a gate and was curious, not fearful, so we think she could be introduced carefully to a dog.
