Story
Hera has given up life on the streets for the comforts of home. She`s ready to share her magical aura with a family that will cherish her. She can be quite a diva and is quite vocal about getting what she wants. While she seems to get along with other cats, she would prefer all the attention on herself. Hera is quite assertive when it comes to her independence so she would rather not be picked up all the time. However she also craves love and affection, and will walk right up to you and demand pets. We think she will do fine in a home with cat-savvy children and dogs who will respect her spaceBorn July 2021 and is located a foster home.Included with Adoption: age appropriate shots, de-worming, combo test, microchip plus registration, and spay/neuter If you are interested in adopting, please complete our pre-application: https://form.jotform.com/asr628/cat-adoption-inquiry

Story
Payton was picked up by a kind person who was out walking her dogs. She noticed Payton was in pretty bad shape, so she took her to a local vet’s office to have her checked out. Classy Cats was contacted to nurse this girl back to health and find her a home.Payton did well with her rescuer’s dogs as if she’s known dogs previously. She gets along with all the kittens in her foster home and is happy to nap in a kitten clump. Cat springs, feather wand toys and the roller track ball are some of her favorite toys. After all that play, this little lady will tell you all about her day, then curl up in your lap for a nice kitty nap! She’s most happy to be brushed to keep her lovely fur great.“Beauty, playfulness, affection, and cuddles will be your reward forever when you adopt this girl!”Fill out an adoption application at www.classycats.orgIf you would like to meet me, please fill out an adoption application www.classycats.org/adoption-info/adoption-application/Your application will be reviewed upon receipt. Story
Glenna was found living among some community cats being inadequately cared for by a well-meaning resident. A kind lady arranged to help this pretty girl find her forever home. Classy Cats agreed to help!Glenna is such a pretty little lady with a very nice, slightly reserved, personality. She loves petting, but may be a little hesitant to ask for that at first. Once she has had a little time to get acquainted, she will be delighted with lots of attention. Birdwatching at her favorite window is a great pastime. Soon enough, you may find her snuggled in next to you for a nap. Story
Jennyanydots is a shy but sweet old lady. During the day Jenny is happiest curled up on her foster moms pillow, in the covers on the bed or sitting in a sunny window. At night she comes out in the kitchen and curls up on the dining room chairs and watches the activity of the other cats and her foster dad, because he is the family night owl. Jenny loves to be pet but she is shy about approaching. She will come up to you when things are very quiet and calm or prefers you approach her slowly. She would do well in a forever home that is calm where she can enjoy her golden years. In her foster home she has been around other cats, the family dogs and kids of all ages (though she typically keeps out of sight when young children are around) she doesn’t mind the families calm older dog. Born 1/3/2014 Jennyanydots grew up as a street/porch cat in the Fairmount neighborhood of Fort Worth. One day a nice family noticed that Jenny was looking pretty thin and worn and decided to help her out. They took her to get spayed and her shots. Then they brought her to Meowntown to find her a loving family. Due to her life on the streets Jenny had some pretty bad teeth that had to be pulled. The vet also discovered she was missing several other teeth and had some that were broken. The vet said it was most likely from trying to break into containers trying to get food and defending herself on the street. Because of her dental problems, Jenny may 0require annual teeth cleanings and a wet food diet to help keep her happy and healthy. She also needs help brushing and cleaning her beautiful fur coat. Story
“Mama Lee-Lee,” was named during the excitement of the 2024 Paris Olympics. She carries the torch for her namesake, USA foil fencing Olympic champion, Lee Kiefer. Kiefer, a University of Kentucky med student, is lightning quick in her sport where she won gold with determined, pointed accuracy. Mama Lee-Lee had her kittens outside where she had to revert to her instincts to keep them safe and alive. She was trapped and brought inside where her med student saviors began to socialize the fluffy felines. Mama was never aggressive, but she was lightning quick to remind the humans that she set boundaries with her claws, which, unlike her namesake’s fencing foil, were very sharp. As her babies weaned and learned to love and trust humans, mama did, too. She loves to play with the jingle toy on a stick and to have her silky fur petted. She will make biscuits when spoken to sweetly and has made ‘winky eyes’ to her caregivers from her first days with them. She really LOVES her offspring and they love her. She is bonded to them all but has a distrust of dogs from her time outside, so it would be best if she were adopted with one of her girls as Asher really loves dogs and his sisters are mostly ambivalent. Born 3/1/2024 estimated by vet Lee-Lee,” a small, smart, long-haired tuxedo kitty found refuge for her three kittens in the parking garage at the UNT Health Science Center. The kittens were taught that safety from predators, cars, (and humans who came too close) was a quick scurry into the undercarriage of the electric carts plugged in on the first floor. A cat mom who had adopted her first fur baby from Meowtown was leaving the gym at the Texas Health Science Center one evening. She had just graduated and was soon to leave to begin her residency in another state. Walking to her car, she spotted the little family in the parking garage. That feline family won the lottery that night as that med student and her med student friends made it their mission to get them safe and cared for.
