Story
Meet Marie, Stella, and Arabella — three beautiful cats who are ready to leave their past behind and begin a new chapter in loving homes. These cats came from a heartbreaking situation in western Wisconsin, where 98 cats were rescued from a single home. Life before rescue was not easy, and they are still healing both physically and emotionally. It’s normal for them to be a little nervous at first, but with gentle care and patience, their sweet personalities continue to emerge more each day.Marie and Stella are a bonded pair and would like to go home together.Marie, around 7 years old, is a gentle, sensitive soul who does best when given time and space to build trust. Stella, about 6 years old, is a soft, fluffy girl who appreciates calm companionship and predictable routines. Together, they find comfort in one another and feel more secure navigating the world side by side. A quiet, patient home will allow their bond and confidence to continue to grow.Arabella, about 4 years old, is a bit more independent and confident than Marie and Stella. She can be adopted on her own or with other calm feline companions, but she could also join Marie and Stella as part of a peaceful trio. Her flexibility gives adopters more options, while still benefiting from a gentle, low-stress environment. All three cats are learning that people can be kind, that full bowls and soft beds are here to stay, and that they never have to go without love again. They may need time to settle in, but once they do, they’ll reward their families with quiet companionship, gratitude, and gentle affection.Because they have been with us awhile and they need a special, patient home, they are Angel`s Wish Forget-Me-Nots and their adoption fee has been waived. This cat attends adoption events at our Verona Adoption Center on Saturdays from 10am to 2:30pm and Sundays from 12pm to 3pm, and can also be met and adopted by appointment by approved adopters. Story
Izzy is the fluffy, mostly-white calico beauty who looks like she stepped straight out of a Turkish Van calendar. She’s an easygoing, endlessly cheerful girl who believes every moment is the perfect moment to purr — sometimes for reasons known only to her. She adores attention and would happily be the one soaking up all the love if she could. She’s not the most serious thinker in the room, but that’s part of her charm. Izzy brings lightness, sweetness, and a steady sense of comfort wherever she goes. Most importantly, she’s her sister Asha’s anchor — the confident, affectionate presence Asha trusts completely.Izzy and Asha must be adopted together, and Izzy is more than ready to lead the way into their new home. These two can be visited by approved adopters in their foster home by appointment.READY TO ADOPT? Story
Hey everyone, I`m Mupps! I may or may not be THE friendliest cat you`ve ever met - I just love making new friends! But let`s limit those friends to humans only - other cats and pets really stress me out. My age means that, instead of leading a life of kitten chaos, I like to live my days at a slower pace and relax in the sun and with my humans. Just ask my foster mom, I`m a primo snuggle buddy! If I sound like the gal for you, apply to meet Muppsie!SPECIAL NOTES: Due to a history of anxiety and developing crystals in my bladder, I`ll need to continue taking an anti-anxiety medication and eating a prescription urinary diet for the rest of my life.

Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Chance is a darling male cat, friendly and sociable. He enjoys hanging out with his current foster and greeting them when they come home. He loves to explore the closets and cupboards, and help with jigsaw puzzles. He is a fluffy, warm armful, with big, beautiful eyes. Chance gets along well with his foster's cat, but would be fine on his own too. Chance might find adjusting to a new home stressful, but just give him some time and space and he will relax and be happy. Chance has stress-induced FLUTD and eats a prescription urinary diet, and he is comfortable and happy on this diet. He likes the kibble more than wet food. Chance has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Sheri Sheri came to us from a local hoarding case where more than 80 cats were living in one home. She is a beautiful long-haired cat with a soft, elegant appearance to match her gentle spirit. Sheri is shy and can be unsure in new situations, but she finds comfort in the presence of other cats and feels more at ease when she has a feline friend nearby. Sheri is looking for a quiet, patient home where she can move at her own pace and learn to feel safe. With time, consistency, and understanding, this lovely girl has the potential to truly blossom. If you have a calm home and a big heart for a cat who needs a little extra patience, Sheri may be the perfect fit. All our cats are spayed/neutered, dewormed, FELV tested, microchipped, receive prevention while in our care, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines.
