Archie and his siblings were surrendered to 9 Lives Rescue as part of an overpopulation situation. After three years in foster care, he is ready for his forever home! Archie is a long-haired gentleman with plenty to say! He can often be found prowling the countertops in the middle of the night or wandering around with the end of his fluffy tail in the air like a periscope. Once he decides you're safe, he does enjoy some scritches on his soft head--but only on his terms, please! Archie would like to be adopted with his best friend, Reagan, who compliments him perfectly and helps draw him out of his hiding spots. Together, they make an adorable pair! Archie has been fixed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Meet Lucia, a stunning cat with a great personality. She and her brother Alfonso were left homeless when their beloved owner passed away. Family was unable to keep the cats and that is where Angel`s Wish could help. Lucia and Alfonso are used to dogs and wouldn`t mind a busy home. They are well behaved cats that just need a place to live out the second half of their lives. Great cats for an adult home... already trained and ready to go.... ! She is at PetsMart East Madison, 2216 East Springs Drive, on most Sundays from 12 to 3 pm. Meet Fluff Daddy – Professional Drama King, Recovering Feral, and Full-Time Work in Progress. Fluff didn't exactly have the best start. He was trapped inside someone's garage trash can, living life as a feral cat, and somewhere along the way he was hit by a car, leaving him with a fractured pelvis. Thankfully, he didn't need surgery—just weeks of cage rest, patience, and time to heal. Physically, he's doing great. Emotionally...well, he's still reading the manual on this whole "humans aren't terrible" thing. Every day, Fluff gets a little braver. He's learning that toys are actually fun, he's starting to accept pets, and he's getting more comfortable around people. He gets along well with other cats and would likely enjoy having a confident feline friend around to show him the ropes. Now for the fine print. Fluff Daddy is not a beginner cat. He's still very reactive to fast-moving hands, and if you ignore his body language or push him past his comfort zone, he'll let you know with a swipe. He's especially protective of his backside, and attempting to brush out the mats on his fluffy butt is, in his opinion, a personal attack. Because of this, he should not go to a home with young children or anyone expecting an instant cuddle bug. He needs someone patient, cat-savvy, and respectful of his boundaries—someone who understands that trust is earned, not demanded. If you can read feline body language, move at his pace, and appreciate the small victories, you'll get to watch an incredible transformation unfold. Fluff isn't looking for someone to "fix" him. He's looking for someone willing to meet him where he is and let him decide when you're part of his inner circle. He's not perfect. He's not easy. But he's already come farther than anyone expected, and we think his best chapters are still ahead.
