Story
Crookshanks has been a beloved Kitty of mine for a little over 10 years. It is with great sadness that I need to let her go because my allergies seem to be getting worse. She likes being the only pet in the house. She will tolerate dog visitors but she definitely lets them know who's boss. She loves to cuddle and sleep right next to you and she's very healthy. She just had a vet visit and blood work and she's doing great. She's looking for somebody who appreciates app reciates coming home to somebody. She's fine for weekends without someone there as long as you leave her crunchies. She's very, very potty trained and has no problems pooping or peeing anywhere but her cat box.

Story
Sammy is a sweet 2 year old. She has a sweet tiny voice and cuddles frequently. She is a beautiful cat. She loves my GSD and is bonded well with my other cat. I am one pet over the apartment's limit so I need to rehome her.

Story
Meet Sydney! This darling little floof is a dainty little girl and is truly the cutest thing. She had a bit of a rough start to life and found herself in a community of street cats. Some of the people in the area were mean to her, and some of the cats wanted to mate with her. She was trapped as part of a TNR effort and quickly showed everyone that she was tame and wanted to have a safe indoor home!   Sydney loves people and will rub against your legs, make biscuits, and get pets on her head. Her foster mom says that she is a “biscuit manufacturing facility.” She can take a day or two to warm up to people, and she’s still a bit skittish with quick movements. She will hiss at you if you approach her too quickly, but that’s just her protective instincts – there’s not a mean bone in her body. Sydney really, really wants to have a lovely, calm, and quiet person or family who will help her build trust, and in return, she will grow into the sweetest thing. She’s already most of the way there!   Because Sydney is still a little nervous, she wouldn’t do well with children (teenagers are probably fine) or dogs. She would most likely be fine with other nice cats. She might be shy when you come to meet her at her foster’s house, but please know that she’s really a sweet little thing once she knows that you won’t hurt her.   Want to meet Sydney and learn more about her? Apply to adopt! She is fostered in Fort Collins.    Foster: LS Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives! $300 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes.  These 'guardian kittens' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $200 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.  These 'guardian cats' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $200 for kittens (6 months & under)    $125 for cats (older than 6 months)    $75 for senior cats (8 years or older) If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application  here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process! Story
Please contact Kristin (cats@arrcolorado.org) for more information about this pet.  Sissy was adopted to a wonderful home with one cat. She went home with a buddy cat who she had been fostered with. She is the sweetest little girl, is playful, and loves toys that have hidden treats in them and will come see what food you have when she hears a chip bag open! She loves laying by windows and looking out at birds and squirrels. Sissy had issues urinating and defecating inappropriately, though this stopped when she was put in a room alone. We feel she needs to be in a home with one or two adults and an only pet. foster: CS  Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. Story
Bella is a beauty, just as her namesake would suggest! She loves to hang out with people who treat her like the princess she is. She enjoys petting, as long as it's on her own terms, and will let you know when she's had enough. She is uncomfortable around quick movements and loud noises. For this reason, she'd prefer a home with older kids 12+, so that this little diva feels comfortable and in her element! In the past, she lived well with other cats and dogs as well. Just plan for a gradual introduction between Bella and your resident pets. Prepare to bring the entire household to visit before finalizing your adoption. Adopt her today!May 28, 2024, 2:53 pm
