Story
Meet Gordo, a handsome little man who is dressed in his best tuxedo and looking for his forever home! Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/ Gordo is part of our Lizzie McGuire litter, and is the only boy surrounded by 4 tortoiseshell sisters! I'm sure his sisters' "tortie-tude" helped make him the patient and sweet boy he is today. Gordo is extremely well-mannered and gentle. He loves to be around people and other kittens, but isn't the type to be pushy - he waits his turn for things patiently. The only thing that Gordo just can't be patient for is his daily Churu treat! He absolutely loves Churu and becomes very vocal when the packet comes out... It's adorable. Even as he mews his tiny little head off, he stays polite and stares up at you without scaling your body like a mountain. He gently holds his treat with both paws and is just the sweetest little thing. Gordo is affectionately nicknamed "Toofy" because of the tiny white line on the right hand side of his chin - it looks like a little tooth. Between that quirk, his mittens, magnificent whiskers, and bright green eyes, he is an absolute stunner! Gordo loves spending time with his foster siblings Elle Fanning, Sophie Turner, and Boogie - he would do great if adopted with one of them, or any other friendly kitten he could cause mischief with. Priority will be given to applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens or who have patient, playful resident cats or dogs at home. Gordo has not met a dog before, but with slow and careful introductions to a well-behaved dog we think he would do great with a new pup sibling. He does have a gentle nature, so ideally any dogs in the home would be very sweet and calm :) Information on why adopting two kittens is better for their short- and long-term health can be found here: http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens Adopt Gordo and maybe one of his adorable buddies, and double the love, double the purrs, and double the fun! --- Gordo is ~5 months old, microchipped, neutered, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. He is in excellent health and ready to bring a lot of love to his new home! The adoption application can be found here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat Gordo and his buddies are currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, or locations along this route. ——— ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES: When you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you're doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee pays for a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts! To learn more about our TNR (Trap / Neuter / Return) efforts, please follows us on Instagram @roses_rescues_htx. (All adoption fees also include transportation costs, spay/neuter of the animal, vaccinations, and microchipping.)

Story
Meet Nobel! Nobel is a 6-month old boy with the perfect mix of snuggly and silly. He’ll climb into your lap for a nap, nuzzle your hand for pets, then suddenly zoom across the room chasing toys like a kitten on a mission. With his soft tabby fur and big bright eyes, he’s a total heart-melter and a joy to have around. Nobel thrives on connection and would love to find a home where he can be someone’s loyal sidekick. Nobel lives for snuggles after a good play session. He’s all about fun, affection, and being your loyal little shadow. If you’re looking for a furry best friend who brings equal parts energy and love, Nobel’s your guy! -———————————————- Nobel and his foster siblings get along like a little cat sitcom cast. Priority will be given to adopters interested in adopting a pair of kittens, or those who already have a playful, patient resident cat or dog. To learn why adopting two kittens is best for their health, happiness, and long-term behavior, visit: http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens Siblings: Bean (M), Bellamy (M), Rosie (F) -——————————————- Location & Transport Nobel is currently in Houston, Texas, but can be transported to the Northeast, Pacific Northwest, Colorado, or cities along the route. Adoption Application Apply to adopt Nobel here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat ————————————————- Why We Charge an Adoption Fee Your adoption fee covers vetting, transport, and helps fund our TNR (trap-neuter-return) work. Each adoption sponsors a spay/neuter and two vaccines for a homeless Houston cat—saving two lives with every adoption.

Story
Introducing Calypso, the 1-year-old long-haired Tortie beauty with a presence so magical, she feels like a living work of art. Her rich, luxurious coat swirls with colors that shimmer in the light, and her sweet, soulful personality makes her even more unforgettable. Unlike many torties known for their fiery spark, Calypso is beautifully laid back. She loves quiet moments — resting on the back of the couch, gazing out the window as the world passes by, or gently purring near you as she takes in the peacefulness of home. Her playful side still shines, though: she enjoys romping with her feline and canine friends, and she adores the laughter and attention she gets from the neighborhood kids. And yes — she’ll proudly show off her “fancy” habit of drinking straight from the faucet like it’s her personal water fountain. Calypso’s loving nature and calm presence make her a truly special girl — the kind of companion that brings warmth, beauty, and tranquility to any home. She’s fully litter box and crate trained, making her even more of a gem. If Calypso sounds like your perfect match, we would love to hear from you. Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and include your city and state when reaching out.December 4, 2025, 6:02 pm

Story
Introducing Bud, the tuxedo gentleman with the heart of a shy poet and the sass of a tiny bouncer. At 1 year old, Bud is handsome, refined, and absolutely certain that being picked up is optional — and he will absolutely file a formal complaint if you forget. Bud isn’t much of a “cats’ cat,” but he’ll tolerate other felines as long as they’re respectful. Dogs? Totally fine. Kids? Absolutely — just as long as they appreciate his “personal space policies.” He’s litter box trained, polite, and carries himself with the dignity of someone who knows he’s dressed better than everyone else in the room. If you’re looking for a charming, slightly mysterious tuxedo boy who will bond deeply once he trusts you, Bud might be your perfect match. To meet this classy gentleman, email Critter Cavalry Rescue at CcrTennessee@gmail.com — and be sure to include your city and state so his matchmakers can help! December 4, 2025, 1:56 pm
