Story
My name is Gravy. I grew up in a bustling house with 48 other cats & kittens but I am now ready for a home that can offer more individualized love & affection. I love laps, toys & eagerly lean into head scratches and pets, wearing a smile on my face. I am on the lookout for a home with less kitty competition between myself & the love and pets I genuinely cherish. I will get along with any kitties that you might already have. My previous home had friendly dogs. I am familiar with their peculiar habit of making loud noises & have no problem with the idea of living with another friendly dog or two. I am ready to find my forever home. Is that with you?

Story
Willow, Moxie and Gemma are three super sweet girls who were born to a stray momma cat and taken in by an amazing foster family who have socialized them around other cats, kids and dogs. They would all three love to stay together, but it's not necessary. Willow would definitely benefit from a home with other kitties as she is very social and loves their company. All three girls are very loving and playful and would love to be your forever furry baby

Story
ShelbyWell, hey there! So glad you stopped by my Roaming Room. My owners called me Shelby, but I'm a guy. So you can call me Shel. I am a large fellow, at 13+ pounds, and my coat is less than its best. Some painful mats have been cut out, so I look a little rough. I am 7-years-old, and my owners surrendered me because they couldn't afford my general care. I eat a diet that helps me avoid bladder stones. My feelings were hurt when I arrived, so I didn't leave my Kasa. But now that I am in the big, open room, I feel cheerful and optimistic. I nearly galloped to the interviewer lady when she came through the door! I love attention, and she gave me plenty! She quickly realized that I love belly rubs, so I flipped over repeatedly to help her indulge my fondness. I hear that some cats HATE having their belly touched. They are missing out! I gave her nose kisses to thank her and purred my heart out. I was not bothered by my roommates hissing at me. I mozied on by and ignored them. You must meet me if you like big, burly fellows with sweet personalities! 12-4-23

Story
Sweet PeaYou may be surprised to know that I am a well-traveled kind of cat. My finders were traveling through Missouri when they discovered me struggling to make it in the world. They brought me to HSHC, where they knew I had a chance at a new life. I still look disheveled, shopworn, scraggly, or scrawny, whatever term you feel is accurate. I have a tail that is best described as threadbare. I look like I have been neglected and mistreated all my life. However, I am one sunny little 6-year-old girl! When the interviewer lady came for a visit, I was beside myself with happiness! I couldn't wait for her to pet me and give me chin scratches. I couldn't stop making biscuits or settle down for a simple back rub. I was all over the place with excitement. I see my glass as overflowing right now since I have food, shelter, and people to pet me. My name says everything you need to know about me. I'm a sweetheart! 12-4-23

Story
6 kittens (2 litters) from a feral colony in Clermont that have grown up as one big mob. The homeowner had taken care of the colony, then people kept dumping intact cats and the neighbor didn't fix his, so the colony expanded. The homeowner had the adults scheduled to be fixed, and we took the kittens, which she had socialized from birth. WE WILL ONLY ADOPT THESE KITTENS IN PAIRS. Amewlia is a short-haired mackerel (striped) torbie female who is shy, but loves her canned food. Jennipurr is a medium-haired orange tabby female. She is shy but she is a sweetheart. Mewlius is a short-haired black male. He is the sweetest, most outgoing of the bunch. Pawdrey is a short-haired classic torbie female who loves canned food and attention. Pawtrick is a short-haired classic brown tabby male who is very aloof but loves a good back scratch. Purrcy is a medium-haired brown tabby who loves attention and canned food. There are no specific bonded pairs, as the kittens are all comfortable with each other. Pick your pair. These cats have not been around dogs or small children. We insist on a cat-only household with children over 12. All kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV and are microchipped. Approximate date of birth is late March/early April 2023. Adoption fee = $75 per kitten Please email centralinfostercats@gmail.com if you are interested in adopting any of these kittens.
