Hi, my name is Toby, and I’m a handsome green-eyed gray tabby gentleman with a big heart and an even bigger appreciation for the good life. I’m estimated to be around 3–4 years old, and I’ve officially decided that my days of living outdoors are behind me. Just in time for the cold winter weather, a kind lady rescued me from the elements and showed me something I’d been missing—comfort, safety, and kindness. Now I dream of a forever home with a soft blanket, a cozy couch, and a sunny window where I can relax and watch the world go by. Even though I spent time outside, I have wonderful social skills. I may take a moment to be sure you’re my friend, but once I know you mean well, I warm up quickly and enjoy companionship. Mocha is a very affectionate little girl with an unfortunate start to her life. She was super neglected for the first 7 years of her life by her original owner and now needs a quiet home to be comfortable. She’s a little anxious, but warms up to people pretty quickly. She loves snuggles, being held, and sitting in a sunny window. She doesn’t fully understand how to play yet, but her favorite toy is a catnip filled fish. Unfortunately she doesn’t get along with any other animals, and is very unpredictable with children. As for her special needs, she has severe anxiety and needs to be medicated for it. She would thrive in a home with no other animals and an owner that can give her the patience she needs for her sweet personality to shine. She really is just an unfortunate snuggly kitty!
