Story
Say hello to Doodle, a beautiful tuxedo girl with the cutest little pink nose! Doodle has previously lived successfully with cats, dogs and children, making her a wonderful candidate for a variety of loving homes. As with any new pet, we recommend slow and thoughtful introductions to help her settle in comfortably and set everyone up for success. Doodle is incredibly social and friendly. She truly enjoys being around her people and absolutely loves being pet. If you're looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who will happily soak up attention and return it with love, Doodle may be your perfect match. Doodle does have dental disease. To support her ongoing health and comfort, adopters will be provided with a dental voucher to assist with a veterinary dental evaluation and any recommended treatment. This proactive care will help ensure she stays happy and healthy in her new home. If you’re ready to welcome a sweet, social tuxedo girl into your life, Doodle can’t wait to meet you! ⭐ If you’re interested in adopting, please fill out an adopter profile at www.parl.org/adopt and stop by during our open hours! ⭐

Story
ALL our cats and dogs are in the NY area but can be adopted out of state to the purrfect furever home.  In some cases, we can help transport.  Zani's al fresco Summer Adoptions  follow us on FB to find us this summer as we will try new locations to meet the needs of NYC and support the little stores:)     Ravioli Petite Pirate arrives Feb 26 from Saudi. She is a small one eyed kitty who tends to take the reins in her home:) She is cuddly and loves to play so needs an active home. Herstory: left behind pregnant, hungry and scared. Without any survival instincts, she lost her eye to a cat fight. She is very sweet and friendly but after losing her eye she became stressed from other cats. She could be a solo but we can better determine that after her arrival--if so, then she would like a stay at home mom or dad:) All kittens are adoptable in pairs only unless another age appropriate cat is in residence.  Most of our adult cats also like cat company (most fosters are multicat homes).  Please read the following article on cat food to see why no dry: www.catinfo.org  Facebook:Zani's Furry Friends ZFF (weekly adoption event info posted there) Twitter: zanisff Instagram: zanisfurryfriends   All cats are in the NY area.  Cats are spayed/neutered, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, Rabies vaxed, and microchipped.  All are in the NY/NJ area but we will adopt out of state to the purrfect home and in some cases, we can arrange transport.  Please go to our site      https://zanisfurryfriends.org      fill out an application and return to   cats@zanisfurryfriends.org   Please note: kittens must be adopted in pairs or to households with age appropriate cat(s) to ensure proper socialization and companionship. NO exceptions! If you would prefer a solo cat, we would be happy to recommend those cats who would do best as solo cats. All our cats are tested for feline leukemia and FIV, FVRCP and Rabies vaxed and also microchipped.   Many of us (cats/dogs) will be on display on Saturdays or Sundays, weather dependent.  Please ask by writing us at cats@zanisfurryfriends.org and following us on FB. If you are seriously interested in adopting one of us in particular, please fill out an application. Usually we are in our foster homes so this is a bit more stressful and a slightly artificial environment but we do want to be seen and find our furever homes too. Please come! And if you can't adopt, foster or volunteer, you can always donate!
