Story
Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I need to rehome my 1 year old kitty, Esdeath. She is a sweetheart, cuddle bug, and VERY active, and unfortunately moving out of state has stressed her and caused her to start acting out a bit. Nothing crazy, but she was properly kennel trained before the move, but now she has started to pee her bed during the night, even outside her kennel, and sometimes poops outside her litter box as well. She’s stressed from the new environment, and I don’t feel like I have the time to give her the full attention she needs anymore, so I’d love to find her a loving family that will welcome her and treat her well. She’s currently fed Purina One dry kitten food, and half a can of kitten wet food a day. She is uncomfortable around dogs but I’m sure she would warm up to them if she lived with them, probably will just hiss a bit. Never been around children, but she’s very gentle outside of playing.

Story
PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO - Nicky's story starts at 6:55 min. Nicky is an absolute survivor! A homeless man near Skidrow started feeding Nicky when he was already in bad shape. But the homeless man didn't have the means to take Nicky to the vet. He built him an adorable little house made out of a cardboard box and covered with plastic to protect Nicky from the cold and rain. We rushed Nicky to our vet immediately and he was extremely underweight, his skin had sores and scabs all over, he had injured paws and the worst: Nicky had a diaphragmatic hernia. The vet thinks that he had been hit by a car at some point and the hernia kept getting bigger, literally pushing his intestines into his lungs and against his heart. It was a race with time, because Nicky was in such bad condition at first, that he was not a candidate for surgery. But Nicky has a strong will to live and he is a super nice cat! He purrs immediately when you start petting him. He's a quiet guy and loves to eat. With proper TLC and medication, Nicky started to gain weight and his skin cleared up. Just in time for his life saving surgery. Nicky received the operation to repair the hernia at one of the best hospitals in Los Angeles. He's an absolute miracle cat! Nicky is recovering extremely well from the surgery and indulges in eating his favorite foods. Nicky is about 6 years old, so he's fairly young for a cat. He is FIV+ but Leukemia Negative. Nicky could be in a home with another cat or as the only kitty. He's a very patient, loving handsome guy! Nicky would love to have his own home where he would be loved and he could make up for the time of neglect in the streets. Will you make Nicky happy?! Ingrid (512) 980-0105 pcdrapps@yahoo.com

Story
Francis is one part of a pair- here is their story: Meet Francis & Velouria 🧡🧡 Double the orange. Double the charm. Double the love. At just three months old, this bonded brother-and-sister duo is everything people adore about kittens, wrapped up in one irresistible pair. Francis and Velouria are classic orange tabbies with big personalities and even bigger hearts. Velouria is extra special, as female orange cats are a little more rare, and she wears her uniqueness proudly. Together, these two are inseparable. They have chosen each other from day one, and they are being adopted together. No exceptions. Some bonds are simply too precious to break. They were found in a field in Bastrop in early fall, and while they’ve had many playful companions along the way, they’ve always stayed true to one another. Wherever one goes, the other is close behind. During the day, they are curious, playful, and full of joyful kitten energy, chasing bells, pouncing on catnip mice, and enthusiastically enjoying their favorite Aussie cat ocean fish treat sticks. They are champion users of scratch mats and litter boxes, already proving what polite little housemates they are. When the zoomies are over, you’ll find them curled up together, fast asleep in the sweetest little snuggle piles. At night, they are perfect bedtime companions, contentedly settling at the foot of the bed and keeping you company until morning. Francis and Velouria are sweet, social, and wonderfully adaptable. They do well with kids, dogs, and other cat-friendly pets. They love people and will absolutely soak up your attention, especially when you get home. Because they are a pair, they will keep each other company during the day, but don’t be fooled. They will be waiting for you, ready for cuddles, kisses, and quality time. If you’ve been dreaming of a home filled with warmth, laughter, and twice the orange magic, these two are it. One heart. Two kittens. A lifetime of love. 🧡 Francis and Velouria are ready to find their forever home, together.
