LOVES WAND TOYS AND CHURUS  DOB 9/15/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Fei Fei, and I was named after the bright, adventurous girl who builds a homemade rocket ship to travel to the moon in the animated fantasy film “Over the Moon.” Fei Fei is a common Chinese name that translates “very fragrant, luxurious, and beautiful.” I don’t know about “fragrant,” but I do have luxuriously soft white fur like a bunny’s, and I’m obviously beautiful! I’m a sweet, gentle, and poised calico/ Turkish Van mix, which means that I’m mostly white with gray and orange tabby patches on my head and tail. I’m really quite a lovely package, if I do say so myself. I guess you’re wondering why a perfectly exquisite kitten like me needs to find a home. I did have a loving home that, for the few months of my short life, I shared with my hooman mom and another kitty. Unfortunately, my world was turned upside down when Mom was transferred to a new job in another city, and she could not take me with her. Thank heavens my HOPE foster meowmy stepped up to the plate and agreed to find me a loving new family. I like Foster Meowmy a lot because she tantalizes me by waving wand toys over my head and then feeding me Churus as a treat afterwards. I’m still adjusting to my new American foster home because Mandarin is no longer spoken, but my ears are getting more attuned to English every day. DREAMILY LOOKS UP INTO YOUR EYES  DOB 8/7/22 Mew! Mew, everyone! I’m Alice, a sweet, curious, playful Turkish Van mix gal who’s mostly white with gray tabby on my head and tail. Everyone falls in love with me when my beautiful face stares up into their eyes. I love food, love to play, and love to investigate my surroundings. I was rescued by a kind woman who found me and my sisters Tris, Lucy, and Victoria as orphaned kittens when we were so young that we needed to be bottle-fed. Once we were eating on our own, our tenderhearted future Foster Meowmy responded to the plea on the HOPE FaceBook page that we needed someone to foster us until we were adopted. She brought us to our foster home, where we enjoy tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other until we collapse in a kitten puddle. I’m a happy girl whose life is a repeated cycle of play-sleep-eat. Since we were bottle-fed and familiar with being handled by hoomans, we’ve always been very friendly and sociable – even with strangers. In fact, we come out to meet visitors! Although we haven’t been around kids in our foster home, I’m sure we’d be fine with well-mannered children because we’ve been very comfortable around the Great Pyrenees dog (I really bonded to him.) and the other resident cats. These kitties have acted like aunts and uncles who've taught us everything that our momma would've taught us if she'd been around. Nutmeg is a sweet, affectionate, and wonderfully entertaining little guy who absolutely loves his people! Nutmeg and his sister Ginger were rescued at just 4 weeks old from a feral cat colony. Despite their difficult beginning, Nutmeg has grown into an incredibly loving and social kitten who is ready for a family of his own. As a Turkish Van mix, Nutmeg is naturally social, intelligent, affectionate, and interested in interacting with his humans. Turkish Vans are also known for their fascination with water, their love of climbing, and their adventurous, curious personalities—and Nutmeg certainly keeps that curiosity alive! Nutmeg has a very special way of showing his affection. When you're relaxing and watching TV, he loves to cuddle right next to you. But don't expect him to be a silent companion—Nutmeg loves to converse with his humans! He has plenty to say and will happily carry on a little conversation with you.
