However, I have a dog and he’s fine with him..just scared of other dogs. Unfortunately I have to rehome due to some life changes but he makes a great pet.

Buddy was adopted from a New Leash on Life in June of 2022. Buddy will be 2 years old in March. He was very shy at first but his big personality came out when he became comfortable. He is super playful and affectionate with people, and he loves to talk. He also likes being picked up and held like a baby. He gets along with our 6 year old cat but has been having a hard time with our 12 year old cat. Due to his energy and playfulness, Buddy would do much better in a home alone where his owner can feather toy or play fetch a toy with him, or in a home with a playful cat or a kitten where he could release his energy. He is a small cat with a lot of love. Buddy is up to date on all his shots (FVRCP and Rabies) and is neutered. He is very healthy and active. We want to extend the offer of pet sitting him if the adopters are local whenever they need!

She has a small cat hernia under her rib cage but it was thoroughly checked by a local veterinarian last year and is benign and does not cause her discomfort or issues. She enjoys all the attention she can charm from you and will be a fantastic companion! She does, however, truly dislike other cats. PJ also happens to be FIV+. PJ will do best in a Forever Home where she can be an only, spoiled, cherished lady - not because of her FIV+ status, but because she is unhappy around other cats. She recently lost her home when her owner was tragically killed in a car accident. Rather than let she and a few others be euthanized per the shelter's plan, our fosters stepped in. Ty Lee, also known as Savannah if you prefer, is an exceedingly sweet and laid-back lap kitty. She exhibits a notable shyness initially, but gradually becomes affectionate towards her fellow roommates and feline companions. It is possible that she may feel some distress upon being rehomed again, therefore, it is advisable to confine her to a separate room initially to allow her to acclimate to the new environment. While Ty Lee may coexist harmoniously with well-behaved canines, it is recommended to supervise her closely in their presence initially. She especially enjoys playing with lasers and fishing pole toys, although she is not very active and tends to watch for a while before attacking sporadically. Make sure to have plenty of cardboard scratching boxes; she really loves the ones that come with catnip to sprinkle in. Ty Lee wears a GPS collar because she enjoys exploring outside, although I usually do not allow her to do so due to the risk of her getting lost in the city.

Raj is an outgoing playful fun and smart cat! He is snuggly and loves all people and small kids. He doesn’t meet a stranger and is patient with people-non aggressive. He is such a great cat and would get along with other cats and dogs. Raj loves to play and seems to never tire. His favorite toys are the red dot and any want with a bird like you on the end. Disclaimer: He tested positive (2020) with Feline Leukemia when he was a kitten. He’s now 4 years old and has not had any symptoms or been sick the past 4 years. He isn’t on any special food or medication. The test results could have been a “false” positive test but we have to disclaim this diagnosis for any adopter.
