Pepper was born Dec 2016 and adopted as a kitten from the shelter. DHS mixed with Bengal so she is an athletic, brave, curious, and playful girl. No health issues - indoor cat. Probably not a good fit for young children. Although she is extremely affectionate it is on her terms. She can be prickly and scratch if you break her rules: specifically, no touching anywhere but her head, neck, and shoulders (although once she is trusting and relaxed I can rub tummy and play with paws). We call her Tin Roof Sundae because of her beautiful colors which sparkle in the light. I am moving to South America and cannot take her with me. I have another cat, Bebe, but Pepper has not been exposed to dogs or children, so I do not know how she would react.

Onyx is a sweet loving boy who will lay on top of you if you’re laying on your side. He’s also very vocal and loves to be the center of attention. He is great with small children and small dogs. I’ve had her since she was just 2 weeks old and bottle-fed her myself, so she’s been loved and cared for her whole life. She’s about 7 years old now, and at her core she is a total lap cat — she wants to be near her person, cuddled, petted, and included. Over the past few years my life has changed as I’ve started a family, and I’m sadly not able to give her the time, attention, and affection she needs to be happy. She’s a gentle, calm, very loving cat who truly thrives when she has “her person” to sit with, follow around, and curl up on. She doesn’t play a lot, but when she does, she enjoys feather toys. Mostly, she lives for snuggles, quiet company, and naps next to you. She would do best in a peaceful home — maybe with someone who wants a companion on the couch or in their lap while they read or watch TV. She deserves someone who has the time to love on her the way she loves back.

Bastet was a stray that used to be very timid, she finally warmed up but before we could get her fixed she had a litter of kittens. Now that her kittens are old enough, I would like to find her a home where she can thrive, and so she never has to live on the streets again. She's still very young, vets estimate she's only around 4 years old. She's very sweet and loves to cuddle! She has been around other cats, and sometimes can be defensive (she's charged and swiped before but never done serious damage, this may partially be because she's in protective mother mode).
