Story
Hi there, I am Mona and I am five years old. I was born in July. I know I look like I am Siamese, but it is not 100%. My fur is so soft and cozy because I have been eating a raw food mean as long as I can remember. I like my space and am good to be on my own; here and there I may want you to hold me, but for like 1 minute and then I am ready to go on my way. My patience for kids is not that great. Too much energy gets me moody. Even though I live with a dog, I will keep my distance and if you are bothering me, I will let you know. I won't hurt you either. I love being scratched on the head or my fur combed. I enjoy my time outdoors, but also like my time indoors as well. When I find a soft blanket I kneed it until I get sleepy and fall asleep. If you are working on your computer or reading a book, I will lay at the foot of the bed relaxing. My current foster parent got me from a lady that she met at an apartment complex and had kittens that needed a home. The lady could not care for me

Story
Meet Midnight, a delightful 4-year-old neutered male domestic shorthair weighing in at an athletic 13 pounds. Midnight is the life of any party! Whether it's with cats, dogs, or humans — he’s super social, playful, friendly, loving, and a total extrovert (he never misses a chance to charm new people!). We’re not sure if he’s extremely dog-tolerant, or thinks he *is* a dog, but either way, canine companions are more than welcome too! We would love to see Midnight in a home where he can be his person’s shadow — he wants to be wherever you are, and would also love a playful pet companion, but he’s also fine playing on his own with his toys. This social kitty would do well in a house or apartment with older kids who understand boundaries and cues — his play style is all in good fun and never too rough, but might surprise a young child. Not much of a talker, but he is an excellent communicator, especially when it’s treat time, playtime, or dinner time! His favorite toy is a wand with feathers on the end, and he is VERY good at catching it. Midnight is very treat-motivated, and with his canine-like qualities, we wonder if he could be trained to do tricks! Hey, worth a try, and he’d love an excuse to get more treats! This guy is a total character, a cat who’ll be your companion, partner-in-crime, and best friend. If you’d like to see this sweet face greeting you with enthusiasm when you walk in the door at home — contact us today! With some time and a little warming up, I'll show how loving I want to be to humans. I love, love being petted and brushed. I'll follow you just wanting that attention. I'm a self motivator as I'll take a nap in the sun, then play with a toy spring. Let's be each others comfort and together listen to our song and my name, Suzi Q. Story
Minx MRQ#: Courtesy DOB: 07/15/21 SEX: Female BREED: Domestic Shorthair COLOR: Black Minx is a young, sleek little girl kitty and was born sometime in July 2021. Minx was born into an outdoor cat community and had a rough start. She was badly injured at about 10 weeks old requiring stitches, antibiotics and a lot of TLC. We were unsuccessful in returning her to the colony and she was taken back into foster care until neutered (ear tipping tells us the cat is is neutered). In December, another attempt was made to introduce Minx into a new, safer area however, she was attacked again (perhaps by a dog). So, Minx returned to foster care with new stitches. We felt, given the amount of time she had now spent in a home, Minx had transitioned into being a house pet. The foster home was not suitable as there were two elderly cats that tolerated her, but she was a too rambunctious for them. Currently, she is in a second foster home with two other cats. After a month and a cautious introduction, she has made great progress. But three cats is still a crowd in this home. Therefore, we are seeking a home where she can be either the sole kitty or with one additional friend. Minx is a typical teenager and is hungry all the time, so we give set amounts of food in the morning and evening. She isn’t food aggressive and was touched, pet and stroked while eating to ensure this. Minx is very playful and loves toys, balls and even objects with small bells, but is frightened easily by things like ceiling fans or loud, startling sounds. She will wear a cat harness, even though she is still learning how to be outside with one on. When she is done bouncing around, Minx enjoys sleeping on the bed with people and also likes burrowing under the covers for a snooze. If you are sitting, she will come to sit/curl up on your lap but she doesn’t like constant petting for extended periods of time. Personality Traits: Is litter box trained Has been around other cats Should NOT be in a home with small children Is a very ACTIVE kitty Does NOT liked to be held LIKES to be picked up Can be adopted singly Would be happiest with a buddy Other Personality Traits: Minx doesn't mind being picked up for a while and stroked a little, but will get fidgety and squirm to be released. She would likely not do well with small children. It will take her a while to transition into a home with new animals, but is used to living with other cats. She is very smart and has learned to open doors, go through a door flap and will wear a harness, though she is not used to walking on it for an extended period. She is active, explores everywhere and likes to find perches on shelves and on top of bookshelves Please send email to MeoowzResQ@aol.com or call the MeoowzResQ office at (714) 997-0868 if you are interested in adopting Minx or to find out which Adoption Events this kitty will be attending. Story
This is Daisy, she is a sweet and loveable 4 year old Kitty. She loves to snuggle and lay by your side for hours, my son can vouch for this. She is playful and affectionate. My son adopted her at 6 months old from the Orange County animal shelter and has had her ever since, he has been her only owner. He kept daisy at his mom's house since he split time between her house and mine and my wife's. Due to unforeseen circumstances he now has to live with us full time, which we love!! But unfortunately my wife is allergic to cats and we need to find Daisy a new loving home. Daisy is currently staying with my son in his room, but it's not fair to her to just be in one room. He is heartbroken to have to give her up, but will be comforted if he knows she will be going to a good home.

No out of state adoptions will be accepted. Northern california not be accepted either. ONLY Local adopters Very sweet cat who is dog and cat friendly -- owner surrender Parents didn't want him any longer he roughly 7-8 years old he might Be Best as only cat anyone interested in him please email us He has been seen by the vets office and his completely healthy Earnie is one of the funniest characters you’ll ever meet. He is an absolute snuggle bug and loves people, but is also probably the hangriest cat in existence. He’d likely do better as an only cat as he’s likely to bully other cats away from their food. He will also yell, do zoomies and play bite your ankles if he doesn’t think he’s being fed on time. But the snuggle times are all worth it! He gets along just fine with dogs and could probably use a large space with plenty of toys to keep him entertained. Despite being 8 years old he is super athletic and has plenty of energy, and when not napping is always looking for a productive outlet. (He especially loves scratch boards and balls to chase.) If you think this energetic cuddler is the right for you, reach out to us at ….

I adopted Oliver from a shelter when he was a kitten, and now he is 4 years old. Oliver does not get scared around people, and he is goofy, sweet, and easy to take care of. Best of all, he gets along with other cats, dogs, and children. However, just this past year, I developed a chronic cough and asthma that is worsened due to my allergic reaction to cats. I hope that he can find a home where he is properly cared and provided for :)

This beautiful girl is Gypsy. She is 1 year old Domestic Shorthair who weighs about 7 lbs. If you are looking for a little lovebug, this girl is for you. Gypsy is very gentle and loves being with people. She will happily snuggle up with you and keep you company all evening long. Besides snuggling, Gypsy is very fond of finding a nice comfy spot to look out the window and watch the world go by. Gypsy would not do well in a home with dogs because they make her very nervous.
