Story
This sweet girl is Telulah. She’s the smallest of my fosters. But she’s very curious and loves to play with her siblings. She is also a cuddle bug. And hates when you fall asleep because that means less petting time. She’s quick to get into some trouble but even quicker to steal your heart. She’ll love to be with a cat that loves to play I do believe or even one of her siblings if there’s room in your heart! For more info just ask!

Story
Sweet Blackey is the final of the three I fostered. She is as black as night just like her mommy. But she is so spunky and full of life. She loves to play and get attention and jump on your back when you are bent over and aren’t paying attention. Little stinker. But she’s a purring machine and loves to love. Whether that be her siblings or her humans. She’s just a sweetie. She loves to play with toys by herself and can keep herself entertained or keeps busy with her siblings.

Story
Tiger came to us when his owner passed away unexpectedly. As one can imagine, losing your person like that is upsetting, to put it mildly.  This three year old boy was in mourning when he arrived and we are working with him to trust again. This petite 9 pound handsome boy has the largest eyes! He will accept petting and interaction with humans on his terms. You can usually find him walking the shelter keeping track of everyone Nothing happens in the shelter he doesn't know about! Tiger may do best as an only cat or with an assertive older cat as he sometimes thinks he is in charge. The adoption fee is $125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures.    Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out, unless deemed medically necessary.  We will gladly provide you with alternative methods of managing cats with claws.   **We are currently operating by appointment only. If you would like to meet this pet, and are interested in adopting, please fill out an application here: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/12536/generic After you have submitted an application and been approved, a Cat Team member will reach out to set up a “meet and greet” between you and the pet. The introduction between you and the pet will be supervised by one of the cat team members or the foster. If all goes well, you can adopt during the same visit.**   Please be sure to follow us on Facebook to learn more about Town and Country Animal Rescue and our mission ##2020459##

Story
Janice is a gentle senior girl. She is about 12 years old and came to us when her owner passed away. She is adjusting to shelter life but enjoys attention. She is the perfect lap cuddle cat with a strong purr motor. She loves making biscuits in her blankets when content. Janice had have an unfortunate grooming due to being matted all the way down to the skin and is patiently waiting for her fur to grow back. She will soon be a gorgeous tuxedo lady once again.   The adoption fee is $125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. Story
ADOPT LEO! Leo is 10-year-old tabby with gorgeous marble swirl patterns! Handsome Leo is cuddly, plump, and wants to be the center of your attention. Leo is very vocal, singing the sounds of his people until you give in to his demands - treats and cuddles! Leo takes a slower introduction to other cats but has settled down with the ones he’s met at the shelter. Leo is a large boy but likes to play and join activities. Leo was front declawed by a previous owner. The more weight he continues to lose the more active he becomes. This playful guy is acting younger and younger. Leo has been in foster care to help him lose some of his weight. So far he is 3 pounds down! His new home would continue to regulate his intake and encourage playful activity. If you’d like more info on this handsome boy, email us at tchsPapillion@gmail.com or visit https://townandcountryhumanesociety.org/adopt/ The adoption fee is $125 and covers age appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted to set up a time to meet at the shelter or the foster home.   The introduction between you and the pet will be supervised by one of the cat team or the foster. If all goes well, you can adopt during the same visit.
