My vet has done full testing, and I’m doing really well on my prescription food and a small dose of gabapentin. A calm, low-stress home helps me feel my best. I get along nicely with cats (especially playful boy cats), gentle dogs, and older, quieter kids. Our Story: Minnie was surrendered in 2018 after her previous family faced eviction. She was loved by a young boy and came to her foster mom needing some TLC. Rosie was rescued as a kitten from a barn in Ovid, along with her brother and mom. She was very shy at first, but Minnie helped her blossom. Now, we’re a bonded pair — two hearts that found home in each other. Bello was found abandoned outside so we don't know much about his past. He was pretty shut down when he came in but he's definitely coming around! Once he gets to know you, Bello is a sweet, attention seeking, chatty, and slightly demanding kitty. He would prefer a quiet home and would love to be an only kitty. He is not a fan of doggies either!

This beautiful boy was rescued from outside and he is now loving the indoor cat life! And why wouldn't he?! He gets food, treats, pets and the undying admiration of everyone who sees him! The only thing he doesn't like are all his shelter mates! He'd much rather be a spoiled only kitty (no canines allowed either!). Shere Khan is curious, affectionate, chatty...and a little sassy at times!

Poor Bisque has had a rough start! She had shown up at a feeding station outside a soup kitchen in Buffalo. She was hungry, pregnant and tired! 😞 She gave birth to four tiny babies but lost one immediately. She was a kind and loving mom to the remaining three and raised them up big and strong! But unfortunately Bisque's bad luck wasn't quite over! When she was vetted, she tested positive for FIV 😿 Not uncommon among cats surviving on the street, FIV is a virus that affects a cat's immune system. Cats can live a normal life with FIV, but they may be more prone to infections or dental issues down the line. They are not likely to spread the virus to existing household cats. Bisque is a mellow, sweet and gentle cat. She does well with other cats and will likely do fine with dogs as well.

Petunia, our soft-spoken 12-year-old sweetheart, who's always dressed for the occasion in her perfect black-and-white tuxedo. She's a gentle girl with a high-pitched meow (though she often greets with a sweet, silent meow, her own quiet way of saying hello). Petunia has been part of our family for 8 wonderful years. She had a tough start. Found cold and all alone as a kitten in a warehouse in the middle of winter, but she's grown into the most loving little lady. Life has changed significantly since then, and our home has become a bit too unpredictable for her calm, steady nature. We know she deserves a peaceful space where she can truly relax again. Petunia would thrive as an only cat, with someone who matches her mellow, affectionate energy. She especially loves to cuddle up at night while watching TV or reading a good book.
