These little guys’ names are Ben and Jerry (after the ice cream). They are a bonded pair of brothers who were born together so they must not be separated! They are the sweetest, most cuddly cats I have ever met so they must go to a home where cuddles and endless love are provided. I’ve taken care of them since birth and it pains me to part with them, but I want to give them the best life possible and my living situation does not fit that unfortunately. First month’s litter, cat box, and food comes free with adoption! I just want what’s best for them and live the lives they both deserve.

Second Chance Animal Rescue is krazy for kittens! With our cozy community cat room, our visitors will have a chance to see our adoptable purrs in a homelike setting. We have tons of cats/kittens with all sorts of different purrrr-sonalities too! Whether you are looking for an introverted friend to snuggle up with, a high-flying entertainer who loves to play, play, play, or an absolute lap cat; we have the cat for you! We also test our feline friends to know capability levels around children, other pets like dogs and small critters and even eligibility with leash training, baths and food motivation for tricks and treats. While we offer no guarantees, our goal is to pair the purr-fect families with purr-fect pets! All of our adoptable kitties are spayed or neutered, microchipped, dewormed, given age appropriate vaccines and are current on their flea and tick prevention before they hit our adoption floor. All cats are negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FeLV). Cats and kittens are vaccinated against FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus, Feline Panleukopenia), FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus) and Rabies (when applicable). Some whiskered felines may have spent time in a foster home or may have not been on our adoption floor too long so please feel free to email us questions (normansecondchance@gmail.com), call us (405-321-1915) or stop by and ask us, in person! This Cat is a courtesy listing for its current caretaker. The cat is not in our care at the rescue or a part of our rescue, but we have been advised it needs a home and we have assisted in the pet being fixed and started on vaccines. Please understand the process may be a little different since the pet is not housed with our agency. The first step is to submit the adoption application and we will be in touch.  Adoption fee is waived by sponser, this cat is about 5-6 yearsold and in the 12-14 lb range  The adoption fee is $25.This cat has had its Rabies Vaccination and is spayed or neutered. Other vetting may or may not be complete but we require the rabies vaccines (over 4 months old) and to be fixed to post the animal. Any additional medical needed would be at your expense through your vet. We encourage you to take any of our courtesy listed pets to your vet to be checked for internal parasites and get any missing vaccines they may need. I took Lux in as a temporary home but fell in love and couldn’t give him up. He took a few days to come out of his shell, but once he did, we were best friends. He loves to play, is very vocal, and crawls into bed when it’s time to go to sleep. He’s shy around new people, but can be coaxed out with a little patience and treats. Lux was my best friend for a little over a year, but I’ll be moving out of state soon and can’t take him with me. I hate that I have to let him go, but I’d feel so much better knowing that he’s going to a loving home.
