Hi there my new friends! I am miss Patsy 👒💕I came to the Orangeville SPCA in a transfer from another SPCA location! There I was found as a stray and scooped up to find me a better home indoors! Because of this, it's unknown what my previous life was like! After my journey, I'm ready for my furever home now! 🥰I'm a pretty little lady, that is a little shy 💕 But, that's okay! I just need some time to get to know you! Once I do I'm a friendly girl who loves to be pet, I'll even start to purr! I don't care too much to be held! If you give me some treats too I'll be you best friend in no time! It's unknown how I am with other cats, dogs & children 🥰If you're interested in making me your new friend please send an email to orangeville@ontariospca.ca 💕I can't wait to be spoiled with kitty treats!- Patsy 👒💕 Primary Color: Grey Secondary Color: Muted Tortoiseshell Weight: 3.73 Age: 3yrs 7mths 2wks

Why hello there! I'm miss Ladybug 🐞 ❤I came to the SPCA with all my little children in a transfer ❤ Unfortunately I can't tell you what my previous life was like before that ❤Children you say? That's right! I'm a momma! A good one too! I raised my babies well and with lots of love! I have no issues with humans saying hi to them or handling them! I also was a temporary foster mom for a orphan kitten that needed some love and attention from a momma ❤ I wanted the humans to pay more attention to me & give me the love instead of my babies! My beautiful babies have all gone in to foster to continue growing with humans, so it's time for this momma to fly the nest!! 🐞🐾I'm a social girl who loves to be pet and rub all over you! I can talk tough and make grumbly noises, but don't take it to heart! That's just my voice! When I see you walking over, I can't help but get up from my cozy spot to come greet you and get love ❤ I haven't been tested with other cats, dogs or children! But! I'm an expert with little baby kittens 😊If you're interested in giving this momma a cozy space to call her own then please email orangeville@ontariospca.ca 😊Looking forward to all your attention ❤- Ladybug 🐞💕 Primary Color: Brown Tabby Weight: 3.48 Age: 5yrs 1mths 1wks

Hi friends!! I am the cheesy Parmesan! 🧀 💛I came to the SPCA with my other cheesy siblings as strays 💛 Now we have been transferred to the Orangeville location to find our forever homes 💛 Because we were strays there's not much we can tell you 💛 but our lives are only just starting! 💛 I am a sweet girl who will take some time to warm up to you 💛 I'm a little shy in the beginning but when I look at you I will purr and enjoy pets, even belly rubs! 💛 Once I get comfy in my new home I will come out of my shell, and I am a lovely little lady! I'm so curious and enjoy saying hello to you! 💛 🧀It's unknown what I'm like with dog friends and children, but with a slow introduction I can be open to the idea :) as for kitty friends I have been exposed and housed with many! Let's share a charcuterie board together and send an email to orangeville@ontariospca.ca 🧀I can't wait to go home with you 💛 - Parmesan 💛 Primary Color: Grey Tabby Weight: 2.96 Age: 0yrs 5mths 0wks

Story
Presenting Calum! It took months of intensive strategy to gain the trust of this fellow When his foster mom noticed him outside last fall, he was wearing a collar and had a complete tail. We later found out that he had escaped his carrier while enroute to the vet for a checkup and had been lost. Sometime later his tail was cut? Squished? Caught in something? Anyway, infection set in and chunks of tail started falling off, frozen to the ground. Was it gangrene? Frostbite? His foster mom was determined to get him in and get him help. For many weeks she blasted a space heater into her basement bathroom, and opened the window (under her deck) - to lure him to come in. She heated up bowl after bowl of food - and finally the day came when he was far enough inside that we could shut the door. He had a visit to the vet where the remaining tail needed to be amputated back to healthy flesh, and hes doing so much better now. Calum is a very shy fellow. He does not like to be petted but really likes other cats. He is about 2 years young, and would love to have a cat friend to play with, or a quiet home with people that will give him space. If that is you, please apply online at compassionforpaws.ca To contribute to his medical bills, donations gratefully accepted by etransfer to hello@compassionforpaws.ca or Paypal.me/compassionforpaws.ca Thank you!

Presenting Smokin'Joe and TomTom! These handsome boys are about 2 years old and the very best of friends! They came to us from a shelter in Cobalt - after they had been dumped unceremoniously at a local barn They did NOT want to be barn cats! So they were taken in by the shelter, then came south to the bigger city to find their forever place. Currently being fostered in Guelph, these fellows are playful and silly and very affectionate. Apply online at compassionforpaws.ca to make them your new best friends!

Story
Gloria and Greyson (two grey and white kittens) Hermione and Lucas (calico and black kittens) These dynamic brother/sister duos are such a powerhouse of energy, but at the same time, are so cuddly, sweet and loving! Both are very curious, which is another way of saying that they are into everything all the time! They run, climb, and bounce off the walls, but when you sit with them, they are just little purring motors! They came into our foster home and just bring such a positive, loving and fun-loving vibe with them! They will do well in a forever home that realizes how much energy they have right now, and how much trouble they will get into! They will benefit from a home where they can safely run, explore, climb and tackle each other! They will continue to do well with their humans throwing cat balls with bells, swishing feather toys around, and providing cat climbers and scratchers, which they require so as to try to redirect them from scratching other things around the house. That being said, they are still kittens and will try to get into everything else! They will need regular nail trims. For all the energy they have, they will also need their favourite plush cat beds, along with brushing, cuddles, and lots of love from their humans. In our foster home, they have had the experience of living with 2 very calm and kind human kids, and they do very well. They have had the experience of meeting a resident adult cat, and they did a good job there, too. So far, they have not met a dog. We think because of their happy, sweet nature, they would do ok in a home that had a dog, as long as they were introduced very gradually, and as long as the dog is calm and gentle with cats. If you think these lovely kittens might be a good fit for your family, please fill out an application online at compassionforpaws.ca Thanks!
