Story
Molly is a petite young lady with a gentle soul. When you first meet her, she may be shyespecially if she's not in familiar surroundings. In new environments, she tends to be reserved and a bit fearful. However, once she realizes shes safe and begins receiving love and tasty treats, she quickly comes out of her shell. As she grows comfortable, youll hear her adorable voice and notice how easily she settles into her daily routine. She enjoys exploring her space and learns quickly. While she is quite independent and often prefers her own company, she still appreciates affection. She purrs softly when picked up and enjoys a little attention, though she's just as content lounging nearbyespecially on a cat tree by the window, where she can watch the world go by.Molly has a unique heart-shaped black marking on her side, a fitting symbol for a cat who will surely melt your heart with her quiet affection and sweet nature. She prefers to be the only cat in her future home, as she is not a fan of other felines. She is currently being fostered with a dog who doesnt bother herjust the way she likes it.Molly is being fostered in Aurora.   Please visit our website www.pawsaboverescue.ca to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
DOB: 06-03-2025 This cute kitten is appropriately named after the Oreo cookie, because of his colouring and he is definitely sweet!   His foster mom says you can’t help but love this handsome fellow. If he knows he has been naughty, he falls to the floor, shows him tummy, and looks at you with his big eyes--you simply cannot resist his impish charms! In the brief time he cuddles with you, he will steal your heart. Oreo is in constant motion, and, when he stops long enough for pets, he will express his happiness with purring. He has a zest for life and delights in a good meal and playtime. He has an independent side and, when he gets a toy, he will carry it away and hide it so he can play with it alone. Oreo warms up quickly to people and he gets along well with all the cats, but his favourite feline friend his sister Minnie. As you can see in their photo, they love to cuddle up  for snuggles and grooming. The adorable pair must be adopted together. They are so lovable that they will quickly become much-loved family members.  Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/. Please email the completed form to contact@forgottenones.ca. Adoption fees are $250.00 for adult cats (one year and older), $300.00 for kittens, and $175.00 for senior cats (10+ years old). The fee includes: veterinary health check, spay/neuter surgery, microchip, testing for Feline Leukemia and FIV, vaccinations, flea and ear mite treatments NOTE: Young kittens may not have had their spay/neuter surgery and final vaccinations at the time of their bio posting, but they are included in the adoption fee.  October 26, 2025, 12:06 pm

Story
Introducing Milo!  Male     DOB: Oct 20,2022 Milo’s journey has been one of resilience and healing. Surrendered by his previous owner due to severe allergies, Milo arrived broken-hearted, frightened, and withdrawn. He shied away from every touch, recoiling from human connection and wanting nothing more than solitude. But with the boundless love and gentle patience of his foster mom, Milo slowly opened his heart again. Trust blossomed where there was once fear, and now Milo greets affection with joy and seeks out love wherever he can find it. Milo is a striking domestic short-haired white tabby, his sweet little tabby moustache and pink nose lending him an irresistibly innocent look. His brilliant amber eyes sparkle with curiosity, and his playful spirit shines through every moment. Milo loves to explore, investigating every corner with enthusiasm, and his favorite game of fetch—especially with springs—never fails to light up his day. But he’s much more than playful; Milo is clever, finding ways to charm you with his silly antics and chatty personality. There’s an independence in his energy, but it’s matched by a warm, loving side that will fill your home with laughter and happiness. Milo needs a home where he can be the center of attention, free from other animals, and with an experienced cat owner who truly understands his past and can nurture his unique quirks. If you believe you can offer Milo the loving, safe, and understanding forever home he deserves, please fill out an adoption application and reach out to us. Let Milo’s vibrant spirit and loving heart bring joy and light into your life.    October 21, 2025, 6:23 pm

Story
DOB: 07-15-2025 Zepplin is a precious. short-haired orange tabby whose radiant amber eyes, oversized paws. and pink button nose give him an irresistible look! From the moment you meet him, it’s clear he’s drawn to people, and he is overflowing with a warm, gentle, and loving spirit. This little guy is the definition of a cuddle bug. Zepplin adores being held close, often drifting off to sleep nestled in your arms. His affection is boundless—nose kisses, soft nuzzles against your cheek, and tender hugs as he reaches up to be cradled like a baby. Whenever someone enters his space, Zepplin’s social nature shines. He’ll eagerly dash over with a welcoming meow to say hello, longingly wanting to be picked up. If you don’t scoop him up right away, he’ll follow at your heels, meowing sweetly for your attention. Zepplin embodies pure friendliness and affection, always seeking out a snuggle or a loving touch. His playful side is just as endearing—he spends his days darting around, chasing toys, leaping after the elusive red dot, and tumbling with springs. After all the fun, you’ll find Zepplin curled up in a cozy bundle with his siblings. Zepplin will be happiest if he is adopted with one of his litter mates--Zippa, Zolton, or Zumba--as he will thrive with a playmate and snuggle buddy.  He would be suitable in a family with older, gentle children. Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/. Story
DOB: 07-31-2019 Juniper is a petite, black-and-white beauty with short, silky fur. Her signature beauty mark on her chin and her endearing habit of letting her tongue peek out make her absolutely irresistible. The best description of Juniper’s personality comes from her foster mom: “Junie’s confidence and warmth make her the heart of the home. She’s a small cat with a huge personality—and whoever adopts her will gain the sweetest, most loving little companion imaginable. “Junie is incredibly affectionate. While she’s not quite a lap cat yet, she insists on sleeping with me every night and greets me with joyful trills and happy little trots whenever I come into the room. She loves wrapping around my legs while I cook or walk, and long petting sessions are her favourite—always ending with her “returning the love” by grooming my hands or even my face if it’s close enough! “At night, she sleeps on a pillow right above my head. I often wake to her gently touching my forehead with her paw, leaving it there contentedly as she drifts back to sleep. “Juniper is truly special. She’s not just affectionate—she’s nurturing. She gives back all the love she’s shown, whether through her gentle licks, her little “baths,” or her contented purrs. She seems to smile when she sees you, and her soft meows and head tilts and nods make it feel like she’s carrying on a real conversation with you. Juniper is great with children and prefers to be the only cat in the household.  She will be a wonderful addition to your family.Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/.
