Her trapper-turned foster mom quickly discovered what a sweet and lovable little girl Tabby was. Just as Tabby was about to be admitted into the adoption program, she tested positive for feline leukemia. Feline Leukemia is a disease that affects a cat's immune system. It is contagious only between cats through casual contact, such as  sharing of food and water bowls, litter boxes and mutual grooming. Cats who test positive for feline leukemia should ideally only share a home with other positive cats. Despite having this disease, Tabby is as happy a cat as ever! She is very playful with her foster mom and will give her foster mom the occasionally 'facial'! Tabby is only about 4yrs. old. She's very good with other kitties, as long as they're not aggressive toward her.Shay is very outgoing and friendly and will, from time to time, climb into her foster mom's lap for a quick cuddle and often sleeps with her at night. She comes when she hears the treat bag.Rosebud is spayed, current on her vaccines, and microchipped and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. He is neutered and microchipped and has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. I will be updating his rabies vaccine asap. A vet reference and an adoption donation of $50 are requested.  He is adored and will be missed.
