They have a normal life expectancy and enjoy happy lives. Ivy cannot walk but she is able to scoot around quite well. She navigates better on carpeted surfaces than hard floors. Ivy enjoys playing with toys. She loves to bat at wand toys and the ties on your hoodie. Ivy is very sweet and affectionate. She loves to be held and snuggled. Ivy is litter box trained but she lays to use the box. With slow introductions, Ivy has learned to live with other cats and dogs in her foster home. He was raised strictly indoors but has the type of energy that would benefit from being an indoor/outdoor cat (in a safe environment, of course). He was raised with two older kitty cat sisters and while he does like to share a cuddle or two with them, he can truly be a pesky younger brother and sometimes picks on them. He also has a younger dog brother who he gets along with just fine. Unfortunately, due to his energetic nature and need to be well occupied I am needing to rehome him. Skylar is a young adult, spayed, up to date on all vaccinations. She was adopted out as a kitten to an active family. They lived in a home with carpeting, that had been owned by someone that had a cat. Apparently that cat had peed on carpeting. When Skylar developed a bladder infection, and it hurt to pee, she associated the pain to the litterbox. So she started to pee on the carpet where the previous cat had peed. Why not. Smells just like a litterbox. The owner was not willing to replace the carpeting, so instead surrendered Skylar back to us. Please give her a chance in your home. She really is a lovely cat. She would do best in a quiet home, with no cats and not dogs, and no active young children.
