Story
Ivy is a special cat who has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia (CH). This is a developmental condition where a portion of the brain fails to develop properly in an unborn kitten. CH affects the cat's fine motor skills, balance and coordination. CH does not worsen over time. It is not painful or contagious. Cats with CH adapt to their abilities and limitations. They have a normal life expectancy and enjoy happy lives. Ivy cannot walk but she is able to scoot around quite well. She navigates better on carpeted surfaces than hard floors. Ivy enjoys playing with toys. She loves to bat at wand toys and the ties on your hoodie. Ivy is very sweet and affectionate. She loves to be held and snuggled. Ivy is litter box trained but she lays to use the box. With slow introductions, Ivy has learned to live with other cats and dogs in her foster home. But Ivy adores her humans and is happiest when she doesn't have to share her humans. Ivy is looking for a forever home where she will not need to go up or down stairs to access her litter box. She would do best in a calm environment with no small children. If you are looking for a cat that will never jump on your table or countertop, Ivy is your girl.

Story
Loveable? Check. Silly? Check. Talkative? Check. Meet Ricardo! This handsome boy is in search of his forever home. Ricardo is a sweet boy looking to be right by his family's side. While he doesn't need all the attention, he would surely love it! Ricardo wants to spend his time being petted and he enjoys belly rubs. If Ricardo is feeling left out, he will make sure to tell you; he is very talkative! As an older gentleman, Ricardo's activity level is low. When he does get in the mood to play, Ricardo's favorite toy is play mice. He will thrive in a home in which he is the only pet. Although he can adjust to other cats, Ricardo prefers to be the center of attention. If you'd like Ricardo to be your one and only, please submit an online adoption application.

Story
Meet Mr. Handsome! We can't deny it, this guy sure is adorable. Mr. Handsome loves spending time with his humans and really likes a good ear scratch. He also adores spending time with other cats! When he's around kittens, he likes to play and chase toys with them. Around cats his age, he's more content to just snuggle and watch out the windows together. He also gets along well with mellow dogs who respect his personal space. Mr. Handsome would love to find a home with a human or two to feed him wet food and pamper him and cat friends to lounge with! If your home sounds like his perfect match, apply to meet Mr. Handsome today!

Story
Beautiful Reagan had a rough start to life. When he came to the Sanctuary, our team patiently and loving worked with him, helping to show him that he'll never be harmed again. Reagan blossomed into a friendly, attention-hog who loves to be pet and have his belly rubbed. He loves laps and other cats, too! Reagan will excel with cat savvy parents, who understand he's been through a lot to get where he is, and who understand the delightful feline mystique. Cats all have their quirks, but we sure love them. Just like we love our sweet Reagan. Reagan does have a mind of his own and will let you know if he disagrees with what you have in mind for him. Reagan is currently located at the Sanctuary in Marion, WI. If you'd like to bring beautiful Reagan home, please submit an online adoption application.
