You say you’re looking for a dog???  That’s amazing!  Because I am a dog just trying to make fetch happen! I consider myself a treat connoisseur and can spot one (or a squirrel) a hundred yards out all the while saving the world, one bark at a time. I’m a 2 year old gal, formerly down on my luck, currently hanging with Lost Angels Animal Rescue in Tampa, Florida, just waiting for my soul mate to realize I’m here.  Everyone says I have an enormous heart and my potential for loyalty and devotion is practically bottomless. Story
Please contact Desiree (lostangelsanimalrescue04@yahoo.com) for more information about this pet. This is Cocoa a stunning 2 - 3 year old liver colored female GSD that is seeking her new person.  She found herself in a shelter and was extremely thin when she came in to rescue. She spend 10 days boarding at a veterinary hospital due to us not having an available foster.  She also completed a board and train program.  Once she was placed with her foster it was very apparent that there was an underlying health issue that had caused her extreme weight loss and was soon diagnosed as an EPI dog. Good news is it's easily managed with an enzyme powder sprinkled on each meal.  She has already gone from 50.8 lbs to 80 lbs in just 5 weeks. Cocoa is very intelligent and eager to please. She would do best with an experienced handler, no kids and an only pet.  She can be selective of people and seems to do best with females. Her training with Kyser K9 is life long and a new owner will be able to work with them and have access to training sessions. For more information, please email lostangelsanimalrescue04@yahoo.com or submit an online application at www.lostangelsanimalrescue.org to pursue an adoption.  Adoption Donation: $300.00 October 2, 2025, 9:13 pm

Story
My wife and I rescued cooper from the humane society in Tampa when he was about 2 months old. He is such an amazing dog, he is very protective over our family and loves to play / cuddle. We brought a bag boy into the world recently and our apartment is just not big enough anymore and he deserves to have more space and time for exercise. He also is allergic to flea bites is what the vet said so sometimes he gets a hot spot that he chews at on his hip and me and my wife cannot afford vet bills at this point in time.

Story
German Shepherd/Blue heeler mix - medium size approximately 40 to 50lbs Im sad to say but I am giving my 1 year old male dog Scout up for a loving owner/family. I recently had a baby and cannot keep up with Scout because he is an energetic and rowdy pup who appreciates people who can play with him more than i can now. He is a very loving dog who greatly enjoys to play with his ball, run around, and even rough house with anyone willing. Great with people and other dogs. House trained (even pushes a button to go outside) Has puppy and rabies vaccines. Not neutered Brand new 30lbs bag of food with bin if you want it The rest of his gear and toys are yours as well if you want them Again, he's a good dog, just needs proper training and plenty of time to get his energy out!
