Hi Great Dog Lovers out there! We are courtesy posting a lovely dog for an amazing local Cleveland Rescue Group. This dog's a beauty! A Dutch Shepherd (these lovely dogs originate from the Netherlands, how cool is that)? Meet Ruie Sweet, Energetic Young Female seeking forever home. Looking for a loving home for a playful 1.5 to 2-year-old female who needs a caring person ready to help her reach her full fantastic potential. Despite being left at the kennel by her original owners this enthusiastic girl did not let that get her down and was excited when her new owners rescued her. With every good intent her new family found out that she needed more attention than their busy lives can provide at this time, and they want to do right by her. She loves soaking up the sun, going for car rides, snuggling on the sofa or just being her super playful and athletic happy self. She has lots of love to give, and is smart and sensitive at the same time. She would thrive with someone who can give her the dedicated time to love, mixed with exercise. Ideal home would include: -Experience with young, active dogs. -Commitment and patience to positive reinforcement training. -A secure fenced yard for play and exercise, she is athletic and can jump lower fencing. She's great with people and has been to doggy school learning the basics. This pup has so much potential and love to give, ready to be your best friend ever. This sweet girl melts every time you kiss or cuddle her. She immediately flops down on her back for belly rubs so she can maximize the affection! How adorable is that?! She is a sucker for cuddlers. Kennedy is content to just chill and hang out with you and be the neighborhood watchers. Now, she will bark if she feels people are coming too close into her space. Just a ‘hey, what do you think you’re doing’ bark. She does the same if she is out in the yard and she senses intrusions like a bird flying over and some strong smells. Nothing ‘aggressive’, just her German Shepherd genes coming on display. Alert bark, if you will. Out on a walk, Kennedy walks wonderfully. She may pull initially from excitement, but as the walk progresses, she eases into a nice, comfortable walk. She stops when you stop walking. She pays attention to what you stopped for and follows suit. She sits beside you and waits for you to do what you stopped to do. Here and during her walks, Kennedy stays alert to her surroundings. A little reassurance from you and she will relax😊 Kennedy is wonderful with dogs. She is friendly with just about any dog, any size. If you are a fan of outdoor patio dining, Kennedy is amazing. She is also wonderful in a large crowd, festival style gathering. And oh, she loves car rides! Kennedy is 7 months old, 60lb Shepsky. She is looking for a family where hugs and cuddles are abundant 😊A family with older children who will engage with her or involve her in their activities would be wonderful. A playful family pup is a plus! A fenced yard is preferred.

Hello all - we are looking to rehome our boy Apollo. It is devastating as he has been apart of our family since he was 12 weeks old, however with our family growing we found ourselves not being able to dedicate the right amount of time and devotion he needs. Apollo is now 5 years old, AKC registered, UTD on his vaccines, and is neutered. We are located in Brunswick. Apollo has done well with our other shepherd and other medium/large dogs, as well as our baby, now toddler. He has completed a board and train class and he does well overall on leash. He is also crate trained and loves his “den”, but we don’t use the crate often. Apollo loves to chase rabbits or squirrels, so conditioning for small animals will be necessary. An ideal home for Apollo would be someone devoted to giving him the support and attention he needs to continue thriving in the world. He’s loving, loyal, and always up for an adventure. Apollo is an amazing pup and will make the right family very happy.

She wants to involve you in her games. She lights up when you teach her a trick or two. She is super smart and lives to learn! Sometimes, you can see her think. She tries to solve puzzles. She is a trainer's dream. Pagosa is wonderful with dogs. She is very playful with them. She likes to chase and be chased. She thinks this game is so cool😊 Pagosa is 11 months old, 50lb Shepsky. She is looking for a family who can keep her physically and mentally stimulated. Active teenagers who involve her in their activities (or involve themselves in her activities) will make her very happy. A resident playful pup is welcome! A fenced yard is preferred.
