She is a Dutch Shepherd/German Shepherd, current on all vaccines, and unknown age. She is house broken, walks decent on a leash, and is friendly with my other dogs. She loves to play and exercise, and will do anything for treats.

This is the sweet boy Pepper. Pepper came to us around a month ago in our front lawn, dehydrated, starving, sick & limping. He seemed to be on the streets a long time, & looked like he was on the verge of death. So of course we decided to rescue him. He was sweet to us & extremely grateful for the help. We fed him, gave him water, bathed him, & took him to the vet to get evaluated. He had no microchip, & after a month of searching for an owner, we think he didn't have one or was dumped by one. Since then his personality has come to life. He's a very sweet boy, good with kids & people, loves attention. However he is quite needy & requires a lot of training. He shouldn't be in a home with smaller animals, not because he tries to kill, but because he likes to chase. Especially cats. We have four in our home so we have to keep them separated. He also can't be left alone in the backyard as he digs to escape. Not neutered, 18 months, has all shots. Trainable, knows sit & stay.

Rush is an Old English word meaning 'weaver' usually using the reeds known as rushes. And let me tell you, that name suits me as I'm a real pro at weaving...weaving my way right up into your heart!!! I'm a youngster coming in at around 6 months. What a perfect age to be your lil spongey sidekick...soaking up everything! I'm affectionate with people both tall and small, get on good with the other foster pups but haven't met any of those strange creatures y'all call a cat yet. Being active and playful I'd do great in a home with another playful 'sibling' or as your adventure buddy getting all the attention. I come in at right around 36lbs and will make a fabulous mediumish size boy to share in all your activities whether it's monitoring your yardwork skills to making sure you have a blast on our action packed adventures. Whatever is your preference I'm game on giving it a whirl!! My beautiful short coat is low in the maintenance department making me more of a wash-n-go type of fella. Perfect for being ready to go at the drop of a hat!! I've got a moderate energy level which will require some daily exercise and playtime but with that in I should do just fine in town with a yard, out in the country or anywhere in between.
