Story
Scooby is a sweet and smart boy who's ready to find his forever home! This handsome guy is a total lap lover and will happily curl up with you for some quality cuddle time after a nice walk on the trails — one of his favorite things to do! Scooby walks beautifully on leash, shows signs of being housebroken, and keeps his kennel clean and tidy. He’s a treat-motivated pup who lights up when you bring out rope toys and stuffies — playtime is serious business for this fun-loving boy! While Scooby prefers not to share his space with other dogs, he’s more than happy to give his whole heart to his people. He’ll do best as the only pet in a home where he can soak up all the love and attention. If you're looking for a loyal companion who’s equal parts adventure buddy and snuggle bug, Scooby might just be your perfect match. Scooby’s waiting to steal your heart — one walk, one toy, one cuddle at a time. 🧸🐾

Story
My name is Tikki! I'm named after a pup in Paw Patrol! Could also be named happy, because just seem to have a happy smile when playing or cuddling. I'm very sweet love people and kids of all ages. I am good with cats too. My leash skills are pretty good for a puppy and rarely have an accident, so I'm pretty much potty trained. I love to play with toys. Treats are a favorite of mine. If you are interested in my please complete the application. I am located in San Antonio, TX, but my adoption fee includes transport. I come fully vetted to age, fixed, microchipped and will get a health certificate before I travel if adopted out of state

These pups are in New Braunfels, Texas too!

Story
Meet Sydney, a serene and affectionate Belgian Malinois Shepherd mix with a heart as gentle as her gaze. Sydney is the definition of calm—nothing seems to faze her. She’s incredibly dog and cat friendly, and her low to medium energy level makes her a wonderful match for a peaceful home. Sydney is being fostered in a loving home in San Antonio, TX, where she gets along beautifully with her German Shepherd foster sister. Sydney walks beautifully on a leash and makes an excellent walking buddy for those who enjoy quiet neighborhood strolls. However, her true happy place is outside—she absolutely thrives in a yard where she can explore, relax, and enjoy nature. A home with outdoor space is a must for this sweet girl. Potty trained and polite, Sydney is well-mannered around the house. She's a little shy when meeting new people or visiting unfamiliar places, so she’ll need a patient and loving family willing to give her time to settle in. Once she trusts you, she’ll show you her soft, affectionate side and soak up every bit of attention you're willing to give. Sydney is also a cozy cuddle buddy—she loves curling up next to you on the couch for some quiet bonding time. While she’s not a fan of car rides, Sydney is happy living the homebody life. She’s currently looking for a foster or adopter in Central Texas who can offer her the calm, consistent environment she deserves. If you're looking for a gentle, loyal companion, Sydney is ready to make your heart her home. To see more pictures and videos of Sydney copy and paste this link, you can apply directly for Sydney by clicking the Apply for Adoption button on the linked page. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-550 All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle your new family member into your home. Story
I have tested heartworm positive. This means I have a parasite and need treatment. While my friends at HSNBA desperately want to help me, the shelter is too stressful an environment to undertake treatment and treatment itself is very expensive. The shelter has a few options to help with treatment, and if I steal your heart you should talk with them and your vet about what my treatment is like. For more information on heartworms, please visit the American Heartworm Society here https://www.heartwormsociety.org/pet-owner-resources/heartworm-basicsHSNBA lists all animals online from the moment of intake, and our listings are updated automatically every midnight.
