Meet Apollo! Apollo is a 3 year old German/dutch shepherd with lots of working-dog energy and a huge doggy heart. He loves to play tug and loves toys and belly rubs, he is super affectionate and requires lots of mental stimulation and physical exercise. My little brother got him from his boss whose dog had puppies, Apollo was 6 months old when he was brought home to us! He has a gentle, affectionate nature with his family and gets along wonderfully with people, he loves to learn, and thrives with structured guidance, obedience training, and puzzle toys. He will make an amazingly loyal companion for an active working-breed lover!

LOVES RESTAURANT PATIOS TO GET ATTENTION AND PUP CUPS Est. DOB 4/8/18, weight 62 lbs. Beautiful Lucy, a gentle, loving girl who is great with children, enjoys car rides and walks in the neighborhood where she is on squirrel patrol! She especially enjoys going with her mom to dog-friendly café’s with outdoor seating where she gets to soak up the wait-staff’s attention and perhaps have a pup cup. She loves playing tug-of-war in the backyard with any dog toy, and she occasionally goes to the dog park and doggy day care. Lucy is looking for a new home now that her mom has downsized to an apartment and no longer has a backyard for Lucy to run around in. She was rescued from the street -- a car wash to be exact -- when she was just a youngster and has lived with a small dog ever since. Lucy’s ideal home would be with a family who would include her in family outings such as trips to the kid’s baseball games or walks along the bayou walking trails. At the end of a busy day, she loves nothing more than relaxing and some quiet downtime with her people. She would enjoy living with another easygoing, calm, small/medium-sized dog friend. Or she could be a solo girl, but no cats, please. This precious boy is part of 6 that were brought in to BARC in Houston, TX a few weeks ago. We are not sure what happened to the mother or father of the handsome boys, but we do have 4 of the 6. They are skidish but we are working with them on that and also working on leash training, still don't like them lol They are shy, but snuggle up after a few minutes of getting to know you, They are not fully house trained yet & are not neutered as we feel they are to young. They are up to date on their shots & are looking for their forever homes.
