I can be a little shy in the beginning, but once I’m comfortable, I’m all about butt scratches (sorry if it tickles—I might laugh a little too loud), face kisses, and cozy moments. We are declaring winter over by having an entire flower garden of pups now in our care. Meet the flower litter pups!   Lilac is approximately 5-6 months old and weighs between 20-25lbs! Mom is guessed to be a Feist mix an Dad looks to be a silver Lab mix (photo's attached for reference). Foster home update: Lilac is a loving, very active girl. She enjoys playing with other dogs, but needs help knowing what is appropriate "play" - she just gets so excited and does not realize.  She is learning to accept being crated, but will protest loudly, but settles once she knows you have left, so for that reason, she will not be suited for apartments, condominiums or townhomes.  With her exuberance, she would do best in a home with older children, so she does not accidentally bump into them. She is making progress in her foster home, but will definitely benefit from obedience training.  We recommend training for all our dogs!     **Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived into rescue without either parent. **Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance. Sweet Pea is about 8 months old and is a very sweet little girl looking for her forever home. The couple that brought her in said they found her by the hotel where they were staying. She was so very sweet they didn't want anything to happen to her, so they turned her in. She loves her little bed. She has been fully vetted and is up to date on all shots, spayed and microchipped. Baxter is an exuberant young dog who loves life and seems determined to live it to the fullest. His huge brown eyes are beautiful, and his Corgi & Feist like body at only 20 lbs is athletic. Baxter is especially intuitive to people's emotions and seems to sense when someone is sad and needs a bit of love. He is clever and funny and very loving. Baxter's ideal home would be one where he gets lots of love! This dog loves people! He also loves other dogs and children. He really loves children! He has lived with cats as well. He is crate trained. Baxter is lively and engaging, although he also loves to snuggle. He will lay across your lap, happy to be close, knowing he is safe.
