Hi, my name is Mylee and I am from Oklahoma! From her foster: Such a wonderful puppy! So sweet and she's very smart - she picks up tricks and adjusts behavior so quickly as she learns. She knows sit, down, and shake! Loves to play with my resident dog and cat and responds to their body language and cues appropriately, also plays well independently when on her own. A total love bug who likes to be held and snuggled. Typical puppy manners still in progress; mouthiness when excited, some separation anxiety when left alone in her crate, and potty training. All improving day by day and I have no doubts she'll keep learning quickly!

From her foster: Vega is a sweet soul- and she will attach herself to you. She follows me around the whole house and will sit in my lap when I sit. Her favorite is to nap in my armpit- she is a snuggly girl who wants to be close. She is finding her voice and will let you know if you leave her behind. Vega is sporty and has already learned how to go up and down stairs. She is working on potty training and is good at sitting. She is sweet with my 4 year old son and gets along with my two 12lb and smaller chihuahua mixes. She will go in her crate, but she will let you know she would rather be in your arms.

He does well with other dogs—he’s especially fond of our resident dog. He is a little timid at first but warms up quickly and has started to find his own personality! He has been doing really well with potty training. He sleeps well in his kennel and absolutely loves playing outside when the weather isn’t super cold. Prance is great with kids and loves our 1 year old son! He would do great with a home that has a yard to play in. He is ready to bring joy, snuggles, and plenty of tail wags to his forever home!

Pippa is potty trained, low energy, and happiest when she’s curled up beside you, soaking in every bit of love and attention. She is the kind of dog who doesn’t need constant attention; she just wants to be near her person, quietly keeping you company. Pippa can be a little unsure when meeting new people, but give her a little time and she warms up into the sweetest, most affectionate girl. Once you’re in her circle, you’re there for life. Fanny is a laid-back, easygoing little lady with a calm and gentle spirit. She doesn’t meet a stranger and has a wonderfully even-tempered personality. With her low energy level and love of lap time, she’s the perfect companion for someone looking for a relaxed, affectionate friend. Fanny does well with adult men, adult women, and small dogs. She likely would be good with most people, though little children may startle her. She can be playful at times but would also do perfectly fine as an only dog. She’s independent without being distant and enjoys simply being near her person. She is leash trained and mostly house trained (with access to a doggy door). Fanny is generally quiet, but she definitely knows when it’s mealtime — and she’ll give you a little bark reminder to keep you on schedule! Fanny was found as a stray just before a recent freeze. Someone had posted asking for help, and thankfully she was rescued in time. She was very underweight when found, and after a vet visit it was discovered she needed to begin heart medication. Since starting her medication, she has done wonderfully — gaining weight, feeling stronger, and showing more pep in her step every day. She truly is an easy pup who just wants a safe, loving home where she can relax and be cared for. Fanny has been through a lot, and now she’s ready for a stable forever family who will continue giving her the love and medical care she needs. Fanny would make a wonderful, low-key companion for someone who appreciates a calm, loyal little shadow by their side! Fanny is from Texas.
