Hi, my name is Vega and I am from Oklahoma. From her foster: They say I’m a Feist Terrier mixed in with something else. But I know I’m part human cause I’m happiest when I’m with my peeps! I’ve got going on a walk down pat, not pulling on the leash and always checking with my walker. Unless I see a bunny…or a squirrel! I do love me them squirrels! Foster mom says I’m very friendly and always happy to see other people. I’m working on staying in my kennel but prefer sitting with my peeps instead of alone. I love playing with other dogs and assume everyone is a friend. If you want a best bud, someone who wants to be by your side I’m your girl! Once I know you’re mine I’ll devote my life to making you happy! Vega plays with our dog and follows him around like a little sister. She sleeps all night in our back hallway, no accidents, until about 7 and then lets us know she wants everyone up! Due to her age she still needs guidance about the outside bathroom requirements but as long as she’s taken out regularly she’s good. She’s been very good with only chewing on her toys although she has developed an affinity for keeping one of our slippers by her side when chilling.

Hi, my name is Prance and I am from Georgia! From his foster: Prance is a sweet, playful boy who loves toys and likes to cuddle up in his bed! He does well with other dogs—he’s especially fond of our resident dog. He is a little timid at first but warms up quickly and has started to find his own personality! He has been doing really well with potty training. He sleeps well in his kennel and absolutely loves playing outside when the weather isn’t super cold. Prance is great with kids and loves our 1 year old son! He would do great with a home that has a yard to play in. He is ready to bring joy, snuggles, and plenty of tail wags to his forever home!

This chihuahua mix is a certified human‑lover who wants nothing more than to be glued to your side. Snuggling is his love language, and if you let him, he’ll happily lick you into submission. Affection is his full‑time job and he takes it very seriously. Pretzel is doing great with potty training and improves every day. He can potty on leash and prefers to stay close to his humans, so a fenced yard isn’t required. He enjoys toys, playtime, and hanging out with other dogs — though he’s also perfectly happy being the center of attention as an only dog. If he does live with canine siblings, he’d do best with dogs who don’t mind sharing their humans with a little attention hog. At night, Pretzel sleeps soundly in his crate. She prefers to come to people on her own terms, but once she knows she’s safe, she truly blossoms into the most loyal companion. Before long, she’ll be your shadow and favorite lap buddy, happiest just being close to her person. She gets along wonderfully with the dogs in her foster home (small to medium sized) and would likely benefit from having a confident canine friend to help her continue building confidence. Tallie is treat-motivated (she loves food!) which makes earning her trust and teaching new routines a breeze. This quiet girl isn’t much of a barker and settles down nicely at night. She is kennel trained with a treat and rests calmly when kenneled. Tallie rides quietly in the car and handles travel like a pro. She’s not a fan of the cold, so she’s been using pee pads successfully, but will happily go outside to do her business when the weather is nicer. Tallie would do best in a home with older, respectful kids who understand that she needs a little time and space to feel comfortable.
