A 2-year-old, 36-pound mix of Feist and Terrier, Lulu came to us from a hoarding situation. She’s a lovely dog with a sweet personality who, upon first meeting can be shy, but will warm up quickly. She loves being stroked and loved; in fact, she’s very affectionate. We think she’s grateful that we brought her into rescue with us. She’s been treated for heartworm and is ready to go home with you! How about it? Show her what a real home is like! (posted 12/29/25, ME) NO CATS, PLEASE. ' ' Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. Meet Massey. This adorable girl was being given away free at a Tractor Supply parking lot and hence her name (after Massey Ferguson a tractor brand). Little Miss Massey is a typical loveable puppy - friendly, playful and huggable. She loves her toys and her treats. Massey is good with people and other dogs. We do not know what she thinks about cats. Massey is about 3-4 months old and 15 pounds. ***You must provide a vet reference for a current or past pet you have/had.*** We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes. If you are interested in adopting, we encourage you to please submit an application on our website today so that we can try and process and pre-approve any potential adopters prior to our next adoption event.
