Big is the ultimate sweetheart. Very chill dog, great for beginners. Potty trained, quiet when you leave, and loves to sleep and snuggle. Knows sit and was doing some stay, down and leave it tricks as well. I just work too much now with my new job and don’t have the time to be with him as much as I should.

Story
Hi guys! My name is Thumper, and I am a super sweet, lovable boy who's just looking for my forever family. I absolutely love people; everyone I meet becomes my friend right away, and there's truly not a mean bone in my body. I am working hard on my house training and doing really well! I’m learning to go to the door to let you know when I need to go out, and I haven’t had any accidents recently. I’m also crate trained. I might whine for a couple of minutes when I first go in, but then I settle right down and relax. I like other dogs too! I can be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, I’m happy and playful. I haven’t met kids or cats yet, but since I love people so much, I’m excited to meet new friends of all kinds. I walk nicely on a leash and really enjoy going for walks. When it comes to fun, I’m all in. I love fetch, chew toys, running around, water, and just about anything that involves playing. After I get my energy out, I’m more than happy to cuddle up and take a nice nap. I’m the perfect mix of playful and laid-back. If you’re looking for a loving, affectionate companion who will happily play with you and then snuggle by your side, I think we’d be a great match. Come meet me, I can’t wait to show you just how special I am!

Story
Hey there! My name is Lucy. I am nearly eight whole weeks old. I am happy-go-lucky, go with the flow, well balanced, female puppy and I am covered in wrinkles. My face is wrinkly. My snoot is wrinkly. Even my little waggley tail is wrinkly. I LOVE LOVE LOVE people …all kinds of people…children, adults, seniors, differently abled people, short people, tall people, people of any size, shape or color, you name it and I love it. I will curl up in any lap and fall right to sleep. The neighbor kiddos adore me and I adore them right back. They like to carry me like a baby all around the yard and I think it’s great. I even let them push me in a babydoll stroller and call me Princess Lucy. I love it so much that when I wag my tail for the kiddos, my whole body and all my wrinkles wag too. I also enjoy meeting and playing with other dogs. I like to dog around with my four legged foster sister. I also like to nap on top of her. I play well with other dogs. Sometimes i like to watch what the big dogs are doing before i jump right in and join the mayhem. Once i join in the mayhem, i am “all in”. It’s so fun to race around the yard with her and the other big dogs. I try to keep up with them but I tire out quickly because let’s face it, I’m only two months old. My foster mom tells me I’m a quick learner. I’m open and receptive to training and VERY food motivated which makes training a breeze. My humans use a clicker and treats to shape and reinforce positive behavior. I am learning “sit” and “leave it” Guess what else i can do? I know to ring the bell when I need to go outside to potty. Speaking of going outside, I am working hard on potty training and crate training. I go potty every time i go outside! I do still have occasional accidents inside. But you know what, I keep my crate dry all night long AND I sleep through the night. My foster dad likes to try and walk me on a leash. I don’t mind being on the leash. It’s definitely more fun to chase behind the big dogs while they walk on their leashes than it is to walk on a leash by myself. Here are a few other things to know about me: I am crate trained but it takes me a little time to quiet down in there. I sleep through the night (9:30pm-6:00am). I’m working hard on potty training. I have seen a vet so i am up to date on all my vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, kid friendly, dog friendly (haven’t been around cats). I’m pretty much the cutest, wrinkliest, snuggliest, best-est puppy ever. If you’re looking for a friendly, affectionate, adventurous, well balanced puppy, then i am your girl!
