Story
Sabre is a big handsome boy with an even bigger smile. He loves to play frisbee, playing in a pond or water and being with his person(s). He would do great with an active family with older children and does well with medium to large dogs. A fenced yard where he could run, play ball or frisbee would be the perfect back yard for this big boy. Sabre has learned how to sit and is willing to be trained to be the best companion for you. He comes in at almost 60 pounds, but he still thinks he is a lap dog. Come meet Sabre and fall in love with this fun boy.To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.

Story
Meet Willy! Willy is a bright and lovable pup who came to us to work on his reactivity toward men and to improve his overall obedience. While he was initially unsure and reactive in certain situations, Willy has made impressive progress through consistent training, structure, and positive reinforcement. With time and trust, Willy has shown his sweet and eager-to-please nature. He's learned to stay calm in new environments, respond to commands reliably, and build confidence around the people who once made him nervous. Willy is a great example of how patience, guidance, and the right support can help a dog grow into their best self. We're so proud of how far he's come!   ##2499010##

Story
Bo is an American Fox hound full of personality! He was abandoned and tied to a tree when he was found approx 10 months ago. His name was inspired by the Dukes of Hazard, Bo Duke. He is incredibly athletic and would love an active home/person. He should get along with most other dogs, best if the dog is more his size or bigger. He is very low key during the day and very content to sleep most of it. He is happy to hang in his crate and does not get anxious or destructive. He has learned most commands, sit, stay, OK, down, shake, and most important comes when you call his name! House broken. He doesn't seem to be afraid of much, curiously confident. He is a very sweet and happy dog! He would be a great tracking dog, his nose is incredible, like most hound dogs. Bo was originally just going to be a foster, but I wanted to have more control over who his new Mom or Dad would be, so we adopted him. Bo is ready for his new forever home.
