Missy might be a bit bashful at first and may need a little time to come out of her shell, but once she does, you’ll have a loyal buddy for life. Missy does have some some social anxiety and needs a slow intoduction with new dogs, but she loves people of all ages. Missy's warm, expressive eyes and wagging tail tell a story of resilience and hope. She is up to date on all her vaccines, spayed, and on a monthly heartworm preventive. If you’re interested in giving Missy the home she deserves, get ready for a lifetime of joy and loyalty from this sweet girl. Unless otherwise noted, dogs with Last Chance Arkansas are cared for in foster homes throughout Arkansas and can be transported to other states if needed. Please note that an additional fee will apply if a transport company is used for out-of-state adoptions.

Located in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders Transport Company. This is a wonderful gal!! She is very friendly and loves people. She likes to talk, play with other pups and be hugged by anyone! She would be a great adventure companion for any family. She has done well on a leash and in a car. She will need all of the basic training but should learn quite fast. She is ready to go!

Rowdy is a little shy with new people. Shes great with all dogs she meets and would be best on a home with another dog to help her adjust. Rowdy is curious in new situations, but life up until recently, hasnt been kind to her..... so she will need time to get comfortable and then her true goofy nature will emerge! Like a butterfly, Rowdy is a much different pup than when she 1st came to us from the pound, with no hope of getting out :( UNTIL the rescue chick saw me and knew i was a diamond in the RUFF ;) Rowdy needs a patient home who will give her time to warm up, open up & trust. Older kids only would be best for her and a fully fenced yard is a must. Until she settles in she'll be an escape risk. An apartment would work for Rowdy as well. Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives.
