Story
Tinkerbell is a tiny pup with a big heart and even bigger ears — her adorable Frenchie-style ears give her a signature look that's hard to resist! This sweet girl is just 7 months old and still learning about the world, so she’s looking for a forever home where she can grow, play, and thrive. She has a gentle soul and an even gentler mouth — taking treats like a little lady. Tinkerbell lives in a foster home with other dogs and gets along great with her canine siblings. She's a world-class cuddler and loves snuggling up for naps with her furry friends. She walks nicely on a leash and would love to be your walking buddy. Whether you’re a family looking to add a lovable pup to your pack, or someone seeking a sweet and loyal best friend, Tinkerbell is ready to fill your life with tail wags and love. Questions? We travel to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT and Canada (Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA  or Brattleboro, VT for the eastern Canadian border)! Our pups travel in comfort with 24/7 care on our USDA licensed vehicles, including buses and cargo vans. You can join along on our private Facebook event page to follow their adventure, connecting you with other adopters and providing updates throughout their transport journey!   You will get to meet your new pup over a video call before signing paperwork, creating a fun and personalized adoption experience!    The adoption fee is $1,200 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship!    We have over 15,000 successful adoptions so far and have excellent Google Reviews: https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success.    Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress!    Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond.   Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.    The rescue’s hard costs alone (excluding transport) for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,368. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the adoption fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. Transport is a significant additional expense to the rescue.  While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that the rescue does not receive government funding and must fundraise to offset the remaining expense balance which ranges $100-1,000++ per animal on these direct costs.   It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS:   Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family  Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions  70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer  Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup!   Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? Story
Now being fostered in Hillsboro Oregon! Nola is a loyal and loving dog with lots of love to give! She got her name because she showed up at her fosters house the day of the Super Bowl! She walked right into their house, and fit right in with friends and family that they had over to watch the big game! Everyone fell in love with her instantly. Are you ready to fall in love with her too? Watch her here! https://youtu.be/xDm4dgcDOd4?si=gIouhndw4kmbDLNH Nola is hard of hearing, but you can get her attention with a high pitched whistle! She’s never too far from someone, so she will respond quickly! She is a friendly and playful girl who is always up for some fun in the yard or a nice neighborhood stroll. Despite her size she can be very athletic and loves to run around and explore. She is also a major cuddle bug, she loves to jump up on the couch. Her foster family calls her their couch hippo! Nola really loves toys, and she needs supervision with them. Toys are just too fun! She loves movie nights the most! Nola is the perfect companion for someone who’s looking for a loyal and affectionate companion. Because Nola is a little hard of hearing, we think she could definitely rock living in an apartment! She is fostered with two little girls and two female dogs. She is very kid friendly! Nola would be an amazing family dog. Are you ready to open your heart and your home for her? Apply right here! https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/68111e0bdee7717a080ba237 Questions? Story
MEET FRANCO & BRIE, two adorable 1-year-old French Bulldog mixes in need of a forever home. These two are very bonded, and are likely brother and sister. They weigh about 30 lbs each. (Their paperwork may say shepherd mix but they both have Frenchie ears.) Both of them are timid/scared of new people, so they need adopters who can be patient and let them come out of their shells and bond to you. They are cute as a button and a wonderful size. They love to play together (email us for a video). If you can adopt this precious pair, please email for an application. They are both in California but can be transported to you in Oregon.

Story
**Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to OR for you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** Meet Fishy Longbottom! Introducing Fishy Longbottom, a charming French Bulldog who’s as sweet and snuggly as his name is unique! This 2–3-year-old, 20-pound bundle of joy has a heart full of love and a playful spirit that’s impossible to resist. Fishy is a cuddle champion — his favorite place is right by your side (or in your lap if you’ll let him!). When he’s not soaking up attention, he loves playing with toys and rolling around happily in his dog bed. He loves car rides, too! He’s great with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him a perfect fit for just about any household. Fishy walks nicely on a leash and is both house and crate trained, so he’s ready to fit right into your routine. Fishy is also a special needs pup. His vet suspects he may have a form of megaesophagus, though it hasn’t been officially confirmed. The good news? He’s doing wonderfully on his current medications and is living his best, happy life! He came to us as an owner surrender due to his owners not being able to handle his condition. If you’re looking for a loving, affectionate, and resilient little dog who will fill your home with joy (and cuddles), Fishy Longbottom is your guy! Interested in becoming a forever home for Fishy? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application. Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws . We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and appreciate you working with us.For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $850. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!

Story
Frankie is an adorable, sweet, patient, low-energy, senior Frenchie cuddlebug who's looking for a kind hearted soul to take care of his special needs. He was rehomed to us just less than two years under some false pretenses ("He's perfectly healthy!"), and we did our best, but he's a bit too much for us and our busy lives. So let's get the big one out of the way: Frankie is mostly incontinent due to spinal issues. This is what we just can't keep up with any more. His rear legs have little feeling in them, and when he pees he doesn't lift a leg, he just walks around and it gets all over himself such that we have to use wipes on him after every bathroom break. We also keep him in a reusable male diaper because he still has minor pees inside. But he can't feel his poo at all, and sometimes it even comes out in his sleep. Some weeks he's fine and goes mostly outside, but sometimes not! He has a few other typical Frenchie issues, and we will gladly discuss all about him with you.
