Story
Bella is a beautiful 5 yr old German Shepherd. Due to my husband’s major health issues and my busy schedule we have found it difficult to care for her the way that she deserves. She is super sweet, loves attention and to cuddle. Always excited to meet people and good with kids and other dogs. She enjoys being outside to play, run and loves to go on walks. She is however very reactive to squirrels and will chase them anywhere! We would love to find someone that has been around German shepherds , has a fenced in yard or farm and can give her lots of love and attention. L

Story
Mr. Dasher loves kids! You have to see this boy in person to see just how cute and sweet he is. Oh and did we mention he has been trained?? Dasher knows sit, down, heel, stay, come, and place. We will do free lessons with his adoptive owners so you can learn everything this smart boy knows! Dasher is also neutered and up to date on all of his vaccinations. He does need to be the only dog in the home. He is too good of a boy to not have a family of his own! If interested in Dasher. Please SHARE this post! Dasher has been in rescue too long and deserves a loving home!www.pawsofadamscounty.com

Story
Stitch is a 4 year old Shepherd Lab mix that came to us from Mississippi. He was seized from his owner after it was discovered that he and Grace were tied to trees in the back yard of a property. Stitch was severely injured. His collar was so embedded in his neck that he had to have surgery to remove it. He also had the chain stuck around his legs so he couldn't move.  He has scars on h8s back legs from that. Stitch loves scratches and gives lots of kisses. A home with a fenced in yard is required. We do not want him to be on a tie out ever again. Hecdoes walk great on a leash. He is good with other animals and kids. He is neutered, up to date on shots, rabies, microchipped and heartworm negative and on prevention. His adoption fee is $413 ##1771065##

Story
Absol is a 1yr old GSD. Look at his ears, and his sweet amber eyes. This guy is so loving and wants to be with people. He knows sit and shake. Absol was returned because he was nipping and doing other GSD things. A female owner may be best. This boy has great potential, and whoever considers adopting him should read about German Shepherd Dogs. They have quirks, but are one of the smartest breeds. He is good with cats and would need to meet dogs**Please fill out an application found on our website under "adopt a pet" and send it in to start adoption process.**All Dog Adoption Fee's are $175 Cats are $100Includes initial Vaccinations, De-Worming, Flea Meds, Heartworm Testing, & Spay/Neuter

Story
This pointy-eared girl is Miss Juniper. Juniper was found a few months ago as a stray outside of Ney, OH. To everyone's surprise, she did not end up getting reclaimed by her previous folks and has been hanging out with us while we try to find her a forever family. Upon arrival, we learned that Juniper was heartworm positive and she immediately began treatment. She has been an absolute rock-star and completed treatment with ease. Juniper feels like a brand new pup and you could never tell that she had been sick. She has a very outgoing and energetic personality, true to her breed. Juniper is pretty strong on leash and due to her arrival as a stray, we would strongly suggest a fenced yard or someone willing to take daily walks with her. She has been a little reactive to some of the more "intense" shelter dogs so any canine introductions should be slow and controlled. If you're a Shepherd lover and are looking for an extra special girl to your family, consider adopting Juniper!**Spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines & monthly prevention**
