Story
I'm Lulu and although I'm an older girl I still have lots of love to give. I would be best in a home that's nice a quiet. I love to be pet but in my older years I wouldn't want young children climbing on me. I am a good girl on the leash and am potty trained. I love my blankets and will take it from you so I can put it just how I want it. Please come meet me and consider me in your home for my final years. I promise that I will show you all the love!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me! If not, stop by the shelter at 1048 S 325 E in Pierceton, IN 46562 to look at me! No appointments necessary!

Story
I'm Athena! I came into the shelter as a stray and my owners called and felt it was best they didn't reclaim me. True to my breed (shepherd mix) I have lots of energy and I'm very smart. That's part of the reason I ended up here. I kept getting loose, mostly breaking my tie outs. The lack of exercise and my need to expel my energy made for a dangerous situation because I kept getting bored and getting lose so my owners were afraid I would eventually get hit on the busy road they lived off of. I would prefer a home with a fence but this isn't a deal breaker if you are willing to train me (like I said I am very smart!) and be sure to give me plenty of exercise. Daily walks would be a must if you don't have a fenced in yard. I'm not the biggest on toys but I do like a good bone to chew. I had young kids in my home and I was happy living with them. I understand you will need to work and that's ok I am crate trained and speaking of trained I come potty trained! What more could you ask for, I'm young and willing to learn take a chance on me and you wont be disappointed. I will always make sure you get your daily steps in!!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me! If not, stop by the shelter at 1048 S 325 E in Pierceton, IN 46562 to look at me! No appointments necessary!

Story
This is Daisy (May) she is a sweetheart loves to be outside. Actually anywhere people are. She gets along with other dogs. She likes to chase cats. Would be good with older children. She loves all kids but she doesnt realize how big she is. So younger kids may get knocked down do to her wanting to pet or give them kisses. Not picky on dog food. She was potty trained but with nice weather has been enjoying outside time alot. She likes walks and absolutely loves being petted. She barks but only to alert you someone or something is near. She has not met anyone she has not liked

Story
Hello this is Kevin! he is about 5-6 years old, is real age in unknown as he was found as a stray. I first adopted him from the humane society. He is a fun, goofy and loving dog. He does well with bigger kids; however, he can be clumsy and careless sometimes with babies. So it is best to keep him with older children. My wife and I are looking to rehome him for that reason, we have a baby with another on the way. He’s a loving dog, who needs a loving home with a family that can give him the time he deserves.

Story
OscarShepherd/ Rotty mix1 yr old76 poundsI was brought to the shelter due to no fault of my own.I am a very strong boy who doesn`t know how to walk on a leash. Hopefully, that will be getting better with consistent training. According to my previous owner, I like to run around, play with toys and balls, hang out with my people.I did find a friend, Oscar, who loves to play with me! This weather is great for me. I love it!I am a big boy so a nice big yard would be ideal for me.If you love German shepherds, then you`ll love me.I can`t wait to meet you!
