Story
Greetings, mortals! I am Aries, a majestic male dog with a powerful spirit that rivals the might of the gods themselves. My lineage is a fusion of strength and courage, much like the mythical Greek warriors of old. As a German Shepherd mix, I bear the mantle of both protector and loyal companion, ready to embark on epic adventures by your side. Behold, my most distinctive feature: my big, floppy ears that listen keenly to the whispers of the wind and the secrets of the world around me. They stand as a testament to my unwavering vigilance, always attuned to the slightest rustle or sign of danger. Like the fiery ram that represents my namesake constellation, I possess boundless energy and a fiery spirit. With every step I take, I channel the might of the heavens, exuding the strength and grace befitting of a true Greek hero. My paws tread the earth with purpose, and my heart beats with the fervor of an ancient battle cry. But fear not, for beneath my divine exterior lies a heart overflowing with affection. I am not just a warrior; I am a loyal and loving companion. Together, we shall conquer every challenge and forge an unbreakable bond that even the gods would envy. So, dear mortal, if you seek a canine ally who embodies the essence of a Greek legend, look no further. I, Aries, the German Shepherd mix with big floppy ears, am here to join you on a quest of a lifetime. Let us create a mythic tale of companionship and courage that will be sung by bards for generations to come. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
So you need to put ME on YOUR RADAR!! Cause I am AVAILABLE to be your newest bestest fren, EVER!!! So, by now you know my name but do you know my game??? I am a GORGEOUS black lab/shepherd mix with a sad story to tell... but like ALL sad stories, I HAVE A HAPPY ENDING (so far:) But I am looking for the family who will cherish me furever and I think that is YOU! You look pretty smart and put together... and that is WHY you want to adopt me! I was found in a neighborhood, wandering in the blistering heat as well as the "colder" weather (40's in San Antonio is REALLY COLD :D And the lady who took time to feed me and gain my trust was the same lady who saved me! She knew that I was a GOOD dog, just looking for someone to save me from the streets and give me HOPE for a better life. No one really knows my back story, but some things are obvious.... I am smart and sensitive to new environments, I am sweet and CUDDLY, I am LOVING being back in a home and have been potty trained since minute one.... I love my unstuffed toys and carry my "baby" around all day. I am a mess with fireworks or other loud- end of the world- kind of stuff. I am not a huge fan of bathing but LOVE a great car ride!! I am learning all kinds of cool things here, the most important thing is I am loved!!! So if you want to continue the lessons, come and adopt me!! I am waiting!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
My name is Huntress, and I got my name because I was a bottle baby who would “hunt” around for my bottle. Now that I’m older, I still love using my nose for everything—sniffing out food, investigating the dirt, or getting my blanket positioned just right. Most days my nose is a little dirty because I simply can’t resist exploring the world around me! I love playing outside and checking out everything the yard has to offer. I’m great with kids and other dogs, and I’m a sweet, happy girl who loves to wiggle my whole bottom when I come over to say hi. My foster mom doesn’t think I’ll be very big. My DNA test shows I’m about 43% Shepherd with 15 other breeds mixed in, including 11% Dachshund, so I’m expected to be around 30–35 lbs when fully grown. I’m ready now for my forever family—one that will love my curious nose, happy wiggles, and sweet personality as much as I do. You can see my DNA test on our rescue website under my profile! Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Meet Kanga! 🐶💛 Breed: Large Shepard/Mix Personality: Gentle, Cautious, Extremely Loving Kanga may be a big dog, but he has an even bigger heart — once he feels safe. This sweet guy can be fearful around new people and will often bark to let you know he’s unsure. But with slow, respectful introductions, Kanga starts to show his true colors: affectionate, loyal, and irresistibly cuddly. He knows some basic commands like sit, come, down etc. Once you’re part of his circle, Kanga becomes a total lovebug who just wants to be close, soak up attention, and share quiet moments with his trusted humans. He thrives in a calm, patient home where people understand that trust takes time — but it’s worth every second. Kanga would do best with dog-savvy adults in a low-traffic home where he can settle in at his own pace. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will love you deeply once he knows you, Kanga is ready to meet you — slowly. Local adoption fee is $200(in TX)

Faora’s name means “the strong one,” and she has lived up to it from the very beginning. She was a bottle baby, and even at just 8 days old she showed how strong and determined she is. Now she’s healthy, happy, and ready to find her forever home. Faora loves everyone she meets and insists on greeting all her people. She enjoys playing with other dogs, is great with kids, and has a sweet, outgoing personality. Exploring the yard is one of her favorite activities—especially when it involves chasing leaves or chewing on sticks. Evening zoomies are a daily requirement for this fun-loving girl!
