Scooby is great at entertaining himself throwing the toy up in the air and catching it or whipping it around, or chasing his tail. He also enjoys playing with his people. He prefers tug of war or a squeaky ball, he loves to fetch when there’s a treat involved, which he will look at your hand first before dropping the ball. Scooby loves the outdoors and loves playing in water. He is always up for an adventure and loves butt scratches. He is crate trained, has fantastic leash manners, understands sit, lay down, no, come here and does wait until you say go to eat his food although there will be some drool. Scooby is very smart, eager to please and will do anything for a treat and to be by your side or sitting on your feet or lap. Cubby is a beautiful 1 year old, intact male German Shepherd Dog. He is black and tan in color. He has a great personality! He loves and is devoted to his family. He loves children, he is frequently in the company of our 7 grandchildren. The children range in age from the youngest 18 months to the oldest 15 years old. He does not like cats. We have barn cats and he chases them every chance he gets. He has a strong prey drive. We have 3 small dogs. A Yorkie and two poodle mixes. Two are females and one is a neutered male. He gets along fine with all three of the small dogs. He does not like other un-neutered males. Cubby will challenge them and try to dominate them. Cubby needs a person with Shepherd experience. He is a typical GSD. Very active, extremely intelligent, loyal, loving with his family. Aloof and warey of strangers. He is a great guardian. He knows his job is to protect his territory and family. If he is adopted and it doesn't work out, he can immediately return to us.

Bailey is a great protector and is very loyal. She is high energy and needs lots of room to run and play. Bailey is great with kids but her high energy can be too much for smaller children (crawling age to about 5yrs old). She gets along with other dogs for the most part but was attacked by a Rottweiler as a puppy so that breed has always been a trigger for her. No health issues or major injuries. Bailey is sensitive to “chicken” in dog foods.
