Thor is a 1 yr old (born April 24, 2024) German Shepherd/Border Collie mix. He is currently around 50 lbs. He is social, good with other dogs and has been around cats. He lived his entire short life outdoors so he will require obedience training, house training and learn how to live inside.   Our hope is that we can send him to the prison for training once we have an opening.  He arrived here with several other dogs from the same property.   If you are interested in Thor or one of his companions/siblings please contact the shelter OR stop in during regular business hours. I’m Quake! I was abandoned with my mom and siblings outside then picked up by the shelter. I entered a foster home with two older dogs and two kids where I’m absolutely thriving! My foster mom says I’m super snuggly and very puppy. I’m working on my puppy manners but, I’m still a baby! I’d love to find my forever family soon

I'm Nami! I am a balanced energy girl who loves to learn new things and play with my dog friends! I am OK with Cats. Best with older children... I have a calm, cool demeanor and a LOT of resilience! I am a mixed breed, but my personality is definitely that of a German shepherd and huskey! I am currently being boarded with a trainer to work on some resource guarding issues. I would do well with experienced handlers, especially those with training experience. Let's be best friends!!

Noodle was a surprise foster dog for me, my first ever! He currently stays with me & my 2 other dogs & 4 cats. He sometimes annoys my cats so I would suggest a home with cats familiar with dogs. He loves to play in my fenced yard with toys, bubbles, the garden hose & his new favorite toy a jolly ball. He plays by himself very well. His previous home wasn't full of love or consistency. Noodle faced times of being kenneled 24/7 with no food & was treated unkindly by everyone, including kids at times when he was kenneled. He would potentially do fine in a home with older kids that can understand boundaries & be respectful of space. He's made leaps & bounds in my care & has been with me since Mid September. I now feel confident that he's ready for his forever home. He does fine in his kennel now & knows some several commands. Our local community loves him online & sponsored $100 of his $150 adoption fee. He has a basket full of his favorite toys & treats ready to take him with him.
