DNA test results say his top three breeds are 30% German Shepherd, 25% Husky and 16% Pit Bull. He is 6 months old. He weighs 42 pounds currently. He is microchipped. He has all core shots plus Bordatella, Lepto, Corona, Lyme and Rabies shots. Good on shots till June 29th 2025. Has been on Heart worm medication since June. He is not housebroken yet but is working on it. He is progressing nicely but still needs a puppy pad. He loves to play with his toys and plays fetch for a while then moves on to another toy. He loves belly rubs. He loves to cuddle up on the couch for a nap with you. He goes for walks and needs his harness for walks. He doesn't pull but wants to explore sometimes. I am the only person in the house and i am gone for 9 1/2 hours a day for work. He needs people that can be around for him more. He is getting bored being alone for so long. Has separation anxiety but giving him calming chews help. Will give his cage, leashes, harness, toys, treats, food, etc

Meet Rugar! Rugar was recently surrendered to us. His last home wasn’t the perfect fit but we learned SO much about this boy. His former adopter said he is “SUPER DUPER SWEET and is the PERFECT companion. He is 100% a MAN'S BEST FRIEND”. Here’s a summary of what his adopter had to say:- Does well with other dogs and kids. Was around young children with no issues.- Makes cats nervous - is not aggressive towards them, but has to keep an eye on them at all times. - No known allergies- Microchipped (will transfer to new adopter)- Does okay walking on a leash and on a yard leash staked into the ground.- Does well in the car- Doesn’t bark very often - Knows sit, shake, get down, etc.- He bonds much quicker with men than women and would do best with a male in the home. - Definitely has general anxiety/separation anxiety.- Will jump a short fence- Needs to be sedated for nail trims. Trazadone did not work. Rugar spent 233 days at the pound and was in his home for around two months. If you’d like to foster or adopt Rugar, please reach out, and remember to give him time to decompress! Rugar is approximately 5 years old and weighs 70 lbs.

She will alligator roll to get out of walking on a leash and just wants to lay in your lap all day. Shakira is 75 pounds of love and affection, and is absolutely beautiful! Any kids or dogs in the home must come in to meet her, though she seems pretty easygoing. She will need a slow introduction to any cats in the home. She did not show any signs of aggression and seemed to want to play, but due to her size and energy, it’s best to let things play out slowly!
